Honestly, I doubt CP would care much. SFMM is not competing against CP for attendance, so if SFMM built a poler coaster, it would not do much effect on CP. Oh, I think they would care. And here's why. The park has had the first coasters over 200, 300, and 400 feet. If they didn't have the first over 500 feet, i'm sure they'd be frustrated. However, that being said, they probably would just build a taller one than SFMM.

Din said that they currently had no more plans for action zone in an interview, but I think I'd be Great if they retheme everything and made it a Halloween area. They already gave the slingshot a new paintjob as well! -
Those vest restraints should go on just about every B&M. They're great. No headbanging! They make putting your hands up difficult, but whatever. I think the age of stand ups are over, but who knows, I could be proven wrong. I like Green Lantern at SFGAdv. Good ride. But I was never a huge fan of the stand up concept.

Why Does Everybody Hate on Six Flags?
CPSFMMCW replied to eltororider's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The only problems that I have with Six Flags is the whole 'running trains under capacity thing', which really only applies to a few parks, and all the ads everywhere. Other than that, I don't have a problem. I don't really care about the food. I think its fine. I don't like it when food is overpriced, but thats just expected at most parks and in the whole world really. It happens. You come to a park for fun, and honestly, thats what I've gotten at every Six Flags park I've been to. -
Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said
CPSFMMCW replied to maliboomer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Re-building KD would cost more than Tokyo DisneySea? Well, according to the GP, that would include destroying almost everything currently in the park, rebuilding all the classic rides, taking away the ones that left, then rebuild all of the ones that would currently be there in present day. I dunno about cost, but it sure would be a lot!! -

Do they not realize how terrible of an idea this is? What are you smoking? This idea is GENIUS! In fact, this idea is so awesome, Disneyland should follow suit. What better way to celebrate the 60th than to get rid of Pirates, Indy, Space Mountain, and even DCA, and have only the rides that were open when Disneyland opened up to really keep up with the nostalgia. After it's over, they could build everything all over again! Yeah! I agree! KD should tear down all of its rides that weren't open when the park originally opened, and then rebuild them all from the ground up in succession to when they opened! Yeah! This is genius! And it will only cost 4.6 billion dollars!!! -

How would one compare the looks and appearance of Valleyfair to a park like California's Great America? If someone here has been to both, which park did you like more when it comes to the looks/appearance? -

^ I have heard from KD that all of these attractions will be sticking around. And the mushrooms look so cool! Really cute! -
I personally wish that they would choose a more modern day attraction. Sure, King Kong is iconic and pretty awesome, but there hasn't been a King Kong movie or anything made in a couple years. But regardless, I'm sure Universal will do a great job with the ride. I'd personally just rather get a different theme for a ride.

I gotta say, after going to Dollywood, I'd definately put Tennessee Tornado on the list. Really awesome coaster. I rank it above Mystery Mine and above Wild Eagle. -

Heres my favorites. Bot in any particular order, but these in my opinion all form a fantastic big 3. I too have 3 favs for Hershey and like the previous ones, mine is also different! Mine is Skyrush, Fahrenheit, and Lightning Racer. SFGAdv for Kingda Ka, El Toro, Nitro. SFMM for Tatsu, X2, Goliath CP for Millennium, Maverick, and TTD KI for Diamondback, Beast, Banshee SFOT for Titan, NTAG, Mr. Freeze -

What exactly could be the parks budget? Cuz that could make the difference in whether or not they're getting a woodie or a steelie. -
haha too true. I also heard as part of one of their survey posts about them attaching a water park to the park. Which doesn't make too much sense to me since Hurricane Harbor is just there. Of course, it is separate admission, which I don't like. I feel like it doesn't get that much attention with that huge amusement park right next to it. Theres no way to connect them together, since they're too far apart.

Huh. Only one coaster? Ten wildfire should definitely put it on the map. But the animal part of it looks pretty sweet. And I like that there's a sky ride. I bet that gives some good views of the animals!
