  1. Thunder road @ Carowinds back in '08. This thing was CRAZY! In my opinion, it was so rickety and rough that it was fun! I didn't get a headache coming off. You would just bounce violently throughout the course. It was one of those rides where you had to hang on for dear life!
  2. I'm going to stare at the Fury 325 webcam as this monster gets built. Also going to watch anime again. I shall finish Neon Genesis: Evangelion.
  3. I'm jealous of SFGAdv. In 2016, you guys will have 2 of the world's best Intamin coasters (Jersey Giant & El Toro).
  4. I think CP and KI have a joint-ticket where you can visit both parks for one price. You could start at Cedar Point, then work your way down to Kings Island and finish at Holiday World. 25 credits (not as much as Texas, but you only have to visit 3 parks).
  5. Go out to the mid-west and try out Holiday World and Kentucky Kingdom. They're about an hour away from each other. My other suggestion would be Carowinds and Dollywood. They're about 3 1/2 hours away from each other, but you'll get more credits (if you're a credit whore).
  6. I wonder if Lightning Run will be in the Mitch Hakwer's Top 10 Steel poll.
  7. Isn't the cat-walk supposed to be painted orange? Or am I just being an idiot?
  8. I personally like Vortex @ Carowinds, though I'm in the very small minority about that. I would've ridden Georgia Scorcher while I was at SFOG if the crowds weren't so terrible and my family wasn't scared to death of Stand-ups. So I have yet to ride a bad stand-up coaster.
  9. ^Did the flyers snap at KI like they do down here? (At Carowinds)
  10. I think it will be announced on November 6th, considering most parks announce their attractions on Thursdays lately.
  11. *cough* Standups *cough*
  12. Apollo's Chariot & Mindbender (SFOG)
  13. I would cry every time I saw Thunder Road at Carowinds. I miss the 2008 coaster.
  14. Cedar Point, because I'm missing some REALLY important credits (Raptor, Maverick, TTD).
  15. Corkscrew at CP. Nuff said.
  16. Carowinds- I think Vortex is on it's way out.
  17. I think "Voyage To The Iron Reef" will be themed to robotic sea-life likes sharks and squids. I think it will also include eels. For the "surprise ending", I'm guessing some sort of Splash Down. I was intrigued by Guardian when it was first announced, so I can't wait to see how this turns out.
  18. ^I second that. I'm not a fan of Carolina Cobra, but the trains are Super Comfy. I would like it more if the track design was similar to the modern Vekomas.
  19. Mindbender at SFOG, though Afterburn is a close second.
  20. Lol, not even a Hyper would fit in. A Hyper GTX would be perfect there, but Fury wouldn't work in a park with a smaller market than Charlotte.
  21. Alright, I'll say it...... I like that color scheme.
  22. Really? I mean, this comment.... You guys have Thunder Run, a decent family powered-coaster. You also have Back-Lot Stunt Coaster, another decent family coaster. Not to mention the several, unique flat rides CW has. Then you have trees and great landscaping, something most modern North American parks lack. Don't talk about CW being neglected. Heck, Cedar Fair pays more attention to CW than Six Flags does to Magic Mountain, which gets negative reviews from enthusiasts for bad operations and a messy park. Also, let's not forget that CW is due for a new coaster in 2016. I'd like to see you still complaining that your park gets neglected.
