Mission:SPACE???

I'll agree with the above, and say that you're in for one helluva rush. Even though 2.5 G's doesn't sound like much... it's consistent, and you're on your back. (Note: That's just the launch. The moon slingshot is quite fun, too... as is the projected weightlessness... and the... oh. ) -
This has an interesting title. Unfortunately, I can't help you. I've been going to Cedar Point instead (oh, darn... ). I haven't gone to PCW in about 6 years. We were just in T.O. on a Grad Trip, too...

going to WDW resturant advise.`
dandaman replied to buttonman700's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
How about eating anywhere? For a select time (some promotion, kids going back to school, etc.), WDW is offering a free meal card. 1 counter service meal, 1 table service meal, and 1 snack per day per person. In short, it's $35 a day for food. It's well worth it if you eat at all the expensive restaurants. www.mousesavers.com (In yellow box, click on "FREE Dining Plan" at the bottom of it.) There are more details on the official site, but I can't find the link. -

Cedar Point (CP) Discussion Thread
dandaman replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
There's the same argument on another board that the maXair riders were Photoshopped in... but whatever. The arm for maXair goes 120 degrees off horizontal (or, in this case, vertical), I believe. Your head is a little closer to the ground than your feet at full swing. -
Yep. Watch it every day on PBS...

Anybody ever been on a roller coaster...
dandaman replied to Three's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I have never been on a roller coaster during an earthquake... but I have been on one during a waterspout. http://www.pointbuzz.com/Gallery.aspx?a=363 (courtesy of PointBuzz) I was on Magnum when I caught something grey churning up the waters of Lake Erie on August 15 of last year. When I exited the ride, I saw a more-developed waterspout, maybe a couple of miles off the Cedar Point shores! Thankfully, it never reached land... -
RCT and barfing

Somewhat off-topic, but I read in the RCT3 Prima guide that the developers had to make the puke less graphic in order to attain an "E" rating from the ESRB...
