  1. ^ Not to mention they might bite you, make you lose your concentration, and drop them anyways.
  2. The bad part about my tonsil surgery was the fact that, while my throat hurt, it hurt even more because of a throat infection. That was when I started to like sherbet better than ice cream... it tasted more like just flavoured ice than flavoured ice and fat.
  3. Definetely "Du Hast".
  4. They're now saying only 14 were injured...
  5. Was just gonna post this. Air France Flight 358 crashed in Toronto, around 4:00 p.m. It was carrying around 200 passengers, accordng to CNN. It narrowly missed the 401, Canada's busiest highway (which actually extends just south of my house...). http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8801092/ http://mq-mapgend.websys.aol.com:80...%2400 62%3a%26 (The red star is where I live, I'm pretty far away. Should give you an idea of how large the 401 is... it goes from Windsor to Montreal.)
  6. I wonder what'll happen when Elissa reads this...
  7. Heck, it's a pretty stacked sandwich anyways...
  8. I'm doing the same as SuperCrack: Making an exception, and buying a TV series on DVD for once. (It'll be worth it to me!)
  9. On the same topic, I already know San Angel Inn (Mexico) is popular, only because of going on El Rio Del Tiempo... But, what about Alfredo's (Italy)? I've heard good things, but was just wondering about the crowd level. We're eating there anyways... heck, might as well, with the free food, monorail access, etc... Ah, it's a good life.
  10. Looks like you got out of the ocean just in time! Nice little TR. Did it end up storming? P.S. Soren, how cold is it?
  11. Oh, no, I have magic over plainness...
  12. Don't forget JamminJ and top thrill!
  13. They already have a dealership in Canada, about 15 minutes away from here... They have the same glass tower vending machine-like display that Jeezus Juice mentioned.
  14. All right, just as a reassurance, I don't drink beer (I've had a few sips before, as well as a little wine, but never an entire glass). Now, on to my three favorite beers... What? 1. Red Stripe. If anyone has seen the infomercial with "the Ambassador and Jimmy", you'd know why. ) 2. Labatt. Home-brewed, and I kinda like it. (I very rarely have it... seriously! ) 3. Molson, for the same reason. However, I've never had a sip of this stuff, so when I'm a litle older, I'll try it. P.S. As long as we're on the topic of alcohol... My friend's birthday and mine is exactly 1 day apart. So, at midnight of his/my 19th birthday, I'll buy him his first drink.
  15. A very merry unbirthday to everyone here.
  16. Ah, yes, the few moments where TPR got even more interesting... "WTF?! 'Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, Donkeys and Cialis?..."
  17. ^Mmmmmm... unsweetened Fanta... I've always wanted to go to British parks, to see all the differences... and to have fun at unbelievable lawsuit-accommodating rides, including the obstacle course of death! Danny "Most pathetic mini golf course ever, though..." Smith
  18. But look at the position of the greyish pixels... Edit: Elissa beat me to it.
  19. The schoolyard landing sounds a lot like my only hot air balloon experience a few years ago... Only, we landed on the school's roof, and it was summertime, so no annoying kids. Edit: Twister II, we got the champagne/O.J. party after, too!
  20. So do I. That's one of my favorite memories of staying in Disney World... waking up from your midday hotel nap, and pulling back the curtains to see storms rushing through, all within maybe 2 hours, tops. The "weather-obsessed" side of me takes over when I'm in Florida...
  21. I teach my parents out of courtesy how to operate parental controls, just so they're reassured. I could just as easily turn them off, but I go by the honor system... and not telling them that I know how to reverse it.
  22. Your description of Ocean Park sounds a little like Geauga Lake...
  23. A really severe storm popped up here yesterday, actually. I think it was spawned from the same front that moved you Wisconsin. A bolt struck the field just outside my friend's house. Even though it's been relatively dry this summer, the field didn't catch fire... probably due to the buckets of rain coming down at the time! The weird part is, it developed right over our heads in 10 minutes, and in another 15, it had completely fizzled out... Danny "Wow, that was my longest post ever!" Smith
  24. We're reaching new lows every day with the Photo TR's... keep 'em comin'. Danny "MS Paint is the only way to post Photo TR's!" Smith
  25. Funky Puddin' Pie... sounds about as questionable as any "Surprise" in a cafeteria.
