  1. I still don't see why a Hurricane Harbor is needed when White Water exist. Especially if HH doesn't even have a lazy river.
  2. I never heard of Pivothead glasses until now. Guess Google Glass isn't as revolutionary as I thought. Looks like a fun coaster. I don't know why US parks haven't picked up an Mega Lites yet.
  3. A 500+ tall Intamin with an elevator lift instead of a launch to the top. The elevator lift spins slowly as it reaches the top for a nice view. After the drop is a straight line of 400, 300, 200, and 150 foot tall hills. Then the ride hits a MCBR and becomes a clone of Expedition GeForce. All for a low cost of 200 million dollars,
  4. Who is this Mantis Man guy? I keep hearing about him on here
  5. Granted, but the price of one ticket is raised to $400. I wish I had an Outlaw Run clone in my backyard and that nothing bad could happen to it.
  6. I think it is just kind of weird to have a top ten coaster be cloned. Batman and Superman are good rides but they haven't ever made it to the top of any roller coaster polls. Bizarro is a top five ride and Goliath looks like it will be one as well. It'd be weird to see clones of them all over the US.
  7. I never got to experience the Dragons while they were dueling, but when I rode them this summer I thought the dueling aspect would have made the experience a lot better and more fun. As two separate coasters they are okay but nothing to scream about.
  8. Starting in the nineties, Six Flags placed Batman clones throughout the chain. In the early 2000's, Six Flags dropped Superman clones in three of their parks. What ride should become Six Flags's next clone? It can either be an existing attraction at one of their parks or it can be a ride you'd like to see Six Flags place clones of throughout the chain. For me, it'd be be an Intamin Mega-Lite. I've never been on one, but it'd be cool to see Six Flags bring these rides to America. If I had to choose a ride for them to clone that already exists, it would probably be Full Throttle. It looks like a fun ride and there are a few SF parks that could really use a major coaster.
  9. Even though it is hard to see any SDC coasters from outside the park since it is built on a mountain range, Outlaw Run is definitely awe inspiring in pictures. Also, seeing the train come through the barrel rolls from the queue is cool.
  10. I can't believe they actually handpainted them all like that. Good job Disney
  11. If we could pick and choose which rides we wanted I'd choose...Silver Dollar City and Six Flags St. Louis. The coasters would be every one at SDC combined with American Thunder, Batman, Boss (with Iron horse), Mr. Freeze, and Screamin' Eagle. I'd use the employees, themeing, shops, and food from SDC.
  12. Mr. Freeze has had two alterations that have definitely improved the ride: -In 2002 the OTSR were replaced with lap bars -In 2012 the ride was flipped backwards
  13. Unless Iron Colossus isn't really happening. Isn't it all just speculation at this point?
  14. From the look of your pictures the drop either stayed the same or became steeper. In no way does the drop look any tamer than the original way.
  15. Haha! How could I have not! Basically in the waiting area for the Railroad in Crackaxle Canyon they had this simple pinball game that dispensed "bouncy balls". Yin decided to try it out and once it came out of the game, I said, "oh, we have one of those at a restaurant back at home." So I demonstrated what it was and tried to get the ball to bounce. Well, it pretty much hit the ground and split in half. It was a gumball. Thanks for the comments, guys! I'll try to get SeaWorld up soon! Great trip report
  16. Honestly this is definitely one of my favorite trip report threads on TPR. The pictures rock, I love the artifacts and daily lesson, and the description is pretty good. Well done
