^ Cool! We're headed there this weekend too. With Fright Lane, you'll be fine. As far as coasters, prioritize Prowler. It's the best coaster there, and isn't the highest capacity ride in the park. Mamba you should be able to go on any time, never really has a long line. Ride Patriot in the front row, like most inverts, and Timber Wolf opens about an hour after the park opens. Have fun!

Yeah, I saw the annoucement, and I'm not really impressed. I am a fan of PlayStation, but I've owned every Nintendo console through the Wii, and I've owned every one of the handhelds. Nintendo makes some great first-party games, but the third-party support is just terrible. I didn't find a need to upgrade to the Wii U, and I don't think I'll get a Switch either. When your biggest third-party game announcement is a game that was released 5 years ago on the previous generation consoles, something's seriously wrong. Not to mention that the remastered Skyrim is releasing next week on PS4 and XBOne, and it's not a reason to buy a Switch. I'm tiring of these gimmicks. I'd like a good solid computer that runs Mario and Zelda games, please. Not some half-assed tablet thingy with mobile phone parts that comes in like 6 pieces.

Pro Skater 4. I was a teenager when Tony Hawk did the 900, so he's a bit of a hero. [edit: this is answering the original question. It was changed around the time I was answering this.] Tiger Woods or Rory McIlroy?

Your guilty pleasure ride

Oh yes. Mamba at Worlds of Fun was the coaster that made me an enthusiast, and it's really great, but once I got to experience Magnum, my opinion of Mamba changed radically. Everything I loved about Mamba was just destroyed by Magnum. It's just the best hypercoaster, and it's my #2 steel coaster behind Millennium Force. I actually like Magnum better than Maverick, and that's not a popular opinion among enthusiasts. -
Agreed. Silver Bullet was great, and I rode it and Ghostrider an equal number of times. The helix over the lake was very good and very forceful; I got that tingling feeling in my feet that I've experienced on Batman and Raptor. I heard prior to WCB that Silver Bullet was a very weak invert, but I liked it more than Banshee and Patriot, and it was definitely more forceful than either of those. But with the new track work, Ghostrider is absolutely the star of this park, and it totally deserves to be. I love Ghost Town, and spent a lot of my day in that area. Knott's is an amazing theme park, and it deserves such a crown as Ghostrider.

What song are you listening to?
ytterbiumanalyst replied to Mr.Six's topic in Random, Random, Random
I was listening today to "Long Live the Chief" by Jidenna. I like this guy. He's very intelligent, and his songs are densely packed with a number of great insights about our society. I rarely listen to rap, but I am a big fan of intelligent, insightful lyrics, and his definitely fit that category. -

It took me a minute too. I think he means that he fixed his initial post. Yep. Ah, okay. I'm too accustomed to seeing that used in a snarky way. -

I still play, mostly because I have taken a walk around the parking lot of my office on my breaks for a few years now, and Pokemon Go just fits well with that. I've never been too much into the gyms; it's been all about walking for me. I love the buddy system they installed recently. Pikachu and I have walked a lot together!

I could live without both. Why would it be either of those years? Everyone knows it's going to be built in 2019. I'm still pulling for it to open in 2016. I believe! -

But it won't be a wooden coaster if they do an I-Box conversion. I was waiting for that response, and while you are technically correct, 99% of people are going to call it a wooden coaster. -

Game: Careful What You Wish For

Granted, but now there's a Six Flags Magic Mountain in every city. Every single one, no matter how small. I wish there would be a Marvel v. Capcom movie, live action, starring the current Avengers cast. -
