If that ever happened I would be the happiest person in the world. I don't see that happening but I hope it does. The only way I see it happening is if they realise how good El Toro is and if they feel Voodoo (an Intamin) did well for them.

This ride looks very interesting to me. I'm not sure what to think of it yet. I think it looks awesome but as stated before, there won't be much airtime. The lift is what I really want to see.

Talon in the front row about an hour ago. It was offering awesome rides today, very forceful!

Yeah that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Unless they want to be 100% positive the ride will be ready for next season, I don't see why they want the ride done that quick. If this is true then the whole coaster will be constructed in just over 2 months. If they finished by the new year they would be in great shape. I guess we can only wait and see.

^Yeah I was going to say that Hershey didn't have Fahrenheit on the ride list, but I figured they would open it anyway. It looks like I'll be missing you guys by a week I'm going on the 26th. The 19th is my birthday though so have fun! How do you think the crowds will be on the 26th?

I really hope they do open Fahrenheit for this event. I wanted to get a few rides on it before the season was over.

Wow I am glad I did not go. I was supposed to go with a few friends cause they wanted to see the concert but we didn't make. I'm glad we didn't hearing about how it turned out.

I followed Hydra's construction and that ride was ready WAY before opening. I also believe Griffon opened early as well. Those are two other B&M's in areas that get bad snowfall and still opened on time easily.

They are moving along very well at this point. I am very pleased with the results so far.

^I'm sorry I assumed you went there since you live in North Carolina. If you visit Dollywood then you could have followed Mystery Mine's construction last year.

Looks like a pretty fun trip especially with no lines! I want to experience V2 with that slanted front spike. That thing look very interesting and I wonder how it feels. I have only been on one Intamin Inverted Impulse and that is Voodoo. I didn't think too much of it at first but the ride is definitely growing on me. It's becoming more fun each time I ride it.

It's completely normal to get tunnel vision during high g-force parts of rides. Almost all vertical loops do it to me and some helixs as well. As everyone else has been saying make sure you have food in your system.

My favorite que is probably Talon's. The que is right in the infield of the ride. You have a great view of almost the entire coaster and it really builds up the anticipation. A couple others that I like are Hydra and Medusa because you also get a great view of the ride.

At Kings Island I am looking forward to Diamondback, Beast, Flight of Fear, and Drop Zone the most. At Cedar Point its, Maverick, Millennium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, Raptor, Wicked Twister, Power Tower, and Maxair. I really think it would be an awesome trip if everything works, unlike this year. On Voodoo at Dorney they sometimes launch you WAY late and it's so funny. It goes something like "Voodoo will possess you in 3...2...1", 5 second pause, launch. The people in line think it broke or something it's great to watch.

^Well I believe Carowinds is getting Headspin from Geauga Lake next season. Construction should start soon. It may not be what your looking for but at least it's something.

This perfect cause I am hoping to be visiting these two parks next summer and your pictures make me want to go even more! Both parks look very fun imo.

Man I really wish I could've gone on the East Coast trip! I'm so jealous of everyone! Hopefully in a couple years I can have the money for one of these trips. Great report so far! I will defiantly be following these reports.

I just love watching construction of new roller coasters. It's so exciting to imagine what the real thing will look like in person. Great update!

No matter how crowded or empty Hershey is Comet will ALWAYS have a line. It's just the nature of the ride.

Gotta love up close picture of magnetic brakes! I don't believe that is completely true. I know for a fact Hydra the Revenge at Dorney Park does not have magnetic brakes. I also believe the Superman Ultimate Flight's at SFGADV and SFGAM do not have magnetic brakes either. Hydra was built in 2005, the Superman Ultimate Flight's were built in 2003, and Silver Star was built in 2002.

I would like to change my vote for B&M to Intamin. After riding more B&M's and Intamin's, I prefer Intamin more. Their coasters are way more intense and when you get off you say that was the best coaster ever. They may not be as reliable but i'll take a better ride over reliability. Also, when you go to a park and you see Intamin track you know it's going to be a great ride.

Alright let me rephrase what I said before. Mabe you don't have to be completely upsidedown for it to be an inversion. If you feel like you are completely upsidedown than it should count.

SFSTL looks like a great park. I would really like to get out there one day. If I'm ever in the area I'll definitely check it out.
