No problem. I'd also suggest waiting for the front seat. Best seat on Helix, in my opinion. Balder was a better back seat ride (there aren't any bad seats, though). I would say the front seat definitely has the best views, (sorry thad) i think the back car has the best ride especially prelaunch. Honestly ride helix as much as possible.

Not sure if it was just today, or if they will continue to do so for any amount of time, but zumanjaro was only open to season pass holders from open - noon, was a nice surprise today.

Looks like you guys had a nice time, would you recommend any of these stops if and when rampage opens?

Since zumanjaro's line is taking awhile, even the single rider(which is moving faster than the normal line somehow). Figured I would post some pictures from casino and what's in place of fun time pier. Casino pier got a new air race, some sort of drop ride and moved the kiddie coaster to the back corner of the pier. Besides the bars, fun time is still in repair, dirt(well sand) and they are still working on re planking the boards. There were a few small carnival rides or parts but nothing permanent. As for six flags nothing surprising, looks like they won't launch kingda ka while zumanjaro is running, otherwise use the single rider queue unless you paid for flash pass. Having some issues posting directly from my iPhone, will update with images later tonight.

Stopping by the seaside piers this afternoon will take any pictures of progress/or lack thereof.

Guess we better get out there this summer, as a stop before or after splish splash.

Was actually concerned for my well being Saturday, riding Blue Streak @ Conneaut Lake. That ride could use some more tlc. The 300ft sky coaster was also a little unnerving prior to riding and the assent, while blue streak i was a little unnerved after.

Phantom was single train on sunday. (and most likely all weekend) They actually pulled it out of the VIP coaster tour(prorated). However to kennywood's credit they listed two rides as being closed for the day: rapids and bayern curve, had both operating by early afternoon. Finally got a full day in at kennywood, including the log flume, rapids, boat walkthrough, lil phantom(still counts). Really a lot to do here, and can't overlook the quality of rides(phantom, jack rabbit, racer and thunderbolt). The new thunderbolt front car looks great(red train only so far).

Andy i imagine Timberfalls is next, wondering if everyone even remembers timberfalls...

Had a great short trip to knoebels today. Flying turns still really fun and unique; it look liked it kept a full queue for the duration of our stay. Twisters new track work is noticeable, seemed to keep its speed up. Also got a ride on stratosphere, got to love arm/larson drop towers. Last but not least a couple rides on phoenix, air time buffet and all. On the way out noticed that the power surge was still missing, and another ride was waiting for parts. Pictures below. Anyone going to opening day today? I'll be there wearing a west coast bash 2013 shirt.

Unfortunately I don't think ill be at Epcot in that timespan.

Knowing how outlaw run rides, this will be amazing, should be last paced and have a gorgeous view. Also the world needs more RMC coasters. Well 2016 or later I'll need to get back to Sweden.

This looks awesome, may need to try to stay there next time we go to universal.
