While coming back from my college on the bus, there is a bridge. For some reason the bus has to go fast up towards that bridge and so when the bridge is reached, there is sometimes some negative Gs (not much). Only once so far has some proper -Gs happened to me in that bus. Very fun when standing up. Have any of you lot experienced -Gs on public transport before?

Groundwork has started on the SW7 site, with the concrete being taken away and parts of the hill being dug away. Photos taken by stretchy on the TowersTimes forum. http://forum.towerstimes.co.uk/sw7/construction-discussion/255/ -
Best British coaster
spinning man replied to The Lord's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I think the question should be which is the best coaster in the UK excluding Nemesis, since Nemesis is considered one of the best coasters in the world. It will most likely be mentioned alot on this topic. But anyway, to answer the question it would be The Swarm. -
What is the Best Eurofighter?
spinning man replied to RCBoilermaker14's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Same with me. The only euro-fighter i've been on is Saw, and it is getting quite rough. Last time I rode on it, the last turn clicked my neck and I had some aches. -

The Mysterious B&M Green Wingrider Track
spinning man replied to GigaG's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It should be interesting to see the layout of this wing-rider. It should be pretty big considering the amount of track that was seen. Just wondering, did this park mention anything of a new coaster? -

A trim? That won't do anything. Looks more like a misplaced brick. -

Looking over the maurer sohne x-car booklet I got from the EAS London, I found a faint drawing of the vertical lift hill. But the most interesting thing is how much resemblence it has to the SW7 vertical lift hill. -

Does anybody know how fast those lifts go? They look pretty speedy. -

For some reason, I have a bad feeling that those two will win this 'battle'. I wouldn't be surprised, with this silly court system in the UK. -

Airtime on that first hill!? More like launch into space hill. But I have a feeling trims will be added onto that hill. Intamin love their trims. -

I thought the zero car would be bigger and have more to it. Other than that, this is looking to be a great coaster. -

The other set of trains have arrived and are being placed on the track. Taken by the park and posted on their twitter page. -

Most interesting courtroom in the world. -
The thing I do when I go to thorpe or chessington, is that I listen to the music I have on my phone. Also, I look around in the queue line to see what I'm about to ride with the scenery. One thing I will say is that when you are going to go on Saw-The ride, listen to Saw 3D Dr Gordon montage track. It makes the queue line move faster and makes it more interesting to look around the area while waiting.
