Here are a few I can remember: I was on El Dorado at kings dominion, and after the normal ride cycle, it would just not come to a stop. It just kept swinging back and forth for what felt like forever. When it finally stopped we were stuck at the bottom for about 20 minutes before the maintenance guy came and let us out. When I was at cedar point, the Shoot the Rapids car I was in got stuck on the first lift hill. After about 20 minutes a ride op came up the catwalk, and a bunch of little kids in the seat behind me started crying, so they evacuated us down the catwalk, which I never thought they would do. While on a Wipeout at a local fair, the ride stopped spinning. Its kind of hard to explain, but the carriage stopped spinning but the ride platform was still rotating, so we were basically spinning around on our side for about 10 minutes before they could get the ride to stop.

Last time I went to SFA the round-up flat was running really slowly, so slow the forces barely held you in.

My vote goes to ROAR! at six flags america. I didn't expect a ride that was this short to be so painful, boy was i wrong!

Is their countdown based on your PC clock? Counts down to 11am for me too, but that's Melbourne time (currently sitting at one hour to go), which is like 9pm Kings Dominion time? Yes, because my PC time is set to 8:09 am and it says there is only 2 hours till the announcement.

back in '06 when i was 8 on anaconda at kings dominion, without intimidator next to it it seemed so tall so me and my friends we almost crying out of fear on the way up

about a month ago, while in line for Italian job at kd, a kid noticed my Intimidator shirt and said "man, that ride was only good the first week it opened when it went 120mph, it now sucks because they added trims and it only goes 70mph". brilliant, and this kid wasn't even a gp because he wouldn't shut up about the LIM's on Italian job...
