  1. At first glance, I thought you were grabbing Gwendolyne's boob!
  2. Problem number one, I don't go to the movies enough for this to even matter to me. Problem number two, when Hollywood puts out enough quality flicks, I might......might, be interested. So, basically this ain't happening. First of all, a Season Pass for SFGAm was $46 back when I was a junior in high school. That was in in 1992. It's been sixteen years, it's called cost of living and inflation. Deal with it. And to say CP has spent more money than SFGAm may be true, but without proof, you're just trying make things fit your argument. Good lord. My parents fought other parents off at the local toy store to pay $200 for a ColecoVision. That's right, a ColecoVision. Again, inflation, cost of living, cost to manufacture.
  3. We already know I'm a dork. But, point taken. If my neighbors would quite having me call the police on them, which takes up half my night, I'd start posting. Fingers crossed tonight, I'll get a bunch up.
  4. As far as I can remember Six Flags has always charged a little over two days admission for a season ticket. They make their money on you once you're inside the park, not on the admission. There's no way I'd pay $125. Which is precisely why they're selling them for $90, no one else would either. I haven't heard that much complaining. I'm fine with a themed mouse. SFGAm has enough of a variety that adding a dive coaster isn't really all that exciting, to me at least. That being said, Sheikra did nothing for me, so I may be in the minority.
  5. ^ No where does Rich say that the topic is pointless. He says its "improbable." Second, you have to know Rich, to understand Rich. As for the moon comment, ask anyone that's been around for a few years. That was a pointless thread.
  6. I want to say the other end of the skyway was the building which housed the entrance to Shockwave, which is now the entrance to Superman:UF. I hate skyrides, so I don't recall exactly. There were still footers from The Edge and Powerdive a couple of years ago, I'm not sure if they're still there when King Chaos went in. And of course, there's Iron Wolf's station and queue. It was Z-Force's station and queue before that. They didn't change a thing when Iron Wolf went in. Right down to the way the track goes over the queue before the stairs up to the station. Phew. I've dated myself.
  7. I'd say SFGAm, only because it's got one of just about everything. B&M Flyer, check. B&M hyper, check. B&M Invert, check. B&M Stand Up, check. Schwartkopf, check. Delicious Impulse, check. One good woodie, check. One big and just OK woodie, check. Spinning mouse, check. New mouse, yes, that too. No summer is complete without one ride on Fiddler's Fling. And with gas prices, you could hit the Dells, and Little A-Merrick-A on the way down too.
  8. Where's Ricky Bobby? Or Cole Trickle?
  9. It was early, and I'm not a morning person.
  10. You are crazy then. Paul and I spent four days in the rain, and cold riding coasters this past summer. Yuck! I'd gladly take a nice sunny day. I have no idea why, but this reminded me that I haven't renewed my Six Flags season pass. Busch, Six Flags......yeah, those are almost the same.
  11. And don't expect RCT3 to run real well, anyway. That game sucks memory up like a whore to a straw.
  12. I got lucky and the my beer manager freind saved me a bottle of the six he received. Picked it up yesterday, along with Allagash Black, Devil Dancer, and Barton something or other.......christ I can't remember. I have a ton of pics over the last month. Sorry I haven't been posting, but looking at people making dumb faces after they drink something, doesn't get me too excited about any beer. Is it good? Is it bad? Or are we making faces to try and be funny?
  13. Sadly, I was unable to find much of anything of substance on Friday night. A few pictures here, a few there, but nothing worth an update on.
  14. I'm the exact opposite of Robb. I like Typhoon Lagoon tens times better. The slides aren't as great, and the theming is rather lax, but I just love the atmosphere. That, and everytime I go to Blizzard Beach, the sun is made a hundred times more intense by all the fake snow.
  15. I'll leave my reservations about the transformation at the door, until I get up there in June. I'll loved the Camp Snoopy theme, and was not too impressed with what I saw back in November. Your PTR at least gives me hope!
  16. That will earn you many cool points.
  17. From the Orlando Sentinel: Sentinel Story What I find interesting, is DCA pulling in more people that IOA, and yet it's considered a flop that needs to be extensively redone. Public perception is a weird thing.
  18. That's odd, I have Media Center, and have no issues. Chalk another one up to MS.
  19. Jahan, your impressions of Mount O are about where mine are. I loved Hades, except for the jackhammering at the end, Cyclops bored me until the extreme "pop," and nothing else really did anything for me. I loved Avalanche, and any "park" that has New Glarus Spotted Cow on tap, is alright by my book!
  20. Happy Birthday Elissa! Only the coolest of cool people are born in March.
  21. ^ After Scott and I get most of our updates up, we'll be opening this up for anyone else that has stuff they want to post. I'm dropping off the first three segments worth of stuff back at the parental homestead tomorrow night, and picking up more trip photos. I should have an update next week.
  22. Hence, the word used. Joey is a celeb rumor monger.
  23. ^ You're looking at pictures of Neverland since it was shut down. That was Jackson's pride and joy, he used to keep in tip top shape.
  24. Fine is a relative term, Rich.
