1. I made a recreation of Schwur des Kärnan in Hansa Park in Planet Coaster
2. If you add one speaker and select the music you want it to play and then duplicate that speaker the music will be in sync
3. Great trip report And you are right about Colorado Adventure, it has great airtime in the back row, caught me off guard the first time I rode it
4. The new coaster is going to be almost the same layout as the old one with a couple of changes, new theming and new trains. And they're keeping the spiral lift
5. It rained one time I was there and everything remained open, they did however close Euro-Mir for about 15 minutes because it started to absolutely pour down! But other than that everything was open
6. It's Monday. People are at work/ school. Plus Hansa sees most of its business from summer tourists either from the mainland or abroad. They're not gonna be there on a week day mid-September, Yeah, but in their halloween/christmas event it`s packed!
7. If i remember correctly M/S Lofoten`s diesel engine has the most running hours in the world, over 300 000 hours i think it was, I also read somewhere that M/S Lofoten have travelled a distance that equals over 9 trips to the moon and back!
8. Thank you! They should definitely consider a trip, beautiful scenery, good food and great staff!
9. I wanted to share something a bit different with you I am currently in school studying to become a ship officer. Because of this I recently travelled to Kristiansund, Norway, to attend a course in "Crowd and crisis management and human behavior" which is a course that is mandatory if you are going to work on a passenger vessel. Since it was way cheaper than flying i travelled with "Hurtigruten", which is a Cruise/Ferry and transport service on the coast of Norway. With their route starting in Bergen in the south and going all the way north to "Kirkenes". A round trip takes 11 days! That is how long our country is. I only travelled from Bergen to Kristiansund and back though which takes about 21 hours. On the way up to Kristiansund the ship sailed into the beautiful "Geirangerfjord" with it`s spectacular mountains. Se if you can spot Millennium Force on one of the photos to show the sheer scale of these mountains The ships i sailed with was "Vesterålen" on the way up (I have no photos of this ship, sorry,) And the recently renovated "Kong Harald" on my way home. This is the ship i sailed with on my way home This is the check in desk on board the ship A little seating area by the gangway I booked an inside cabin, guess who got upgraded to an arctic superior cabin! Bathroom Bathroom A long arcade that goes nearly the full length of the ship The main dining room is at the end This is the only photo I have of the main dining room. Breakfast was fantastic! This is the Café, fantastic food here as well! Cafè The A la carte restaurant You can order king crab and they will cook it for you Wine cabinets They have a little store where you can buy clothes souvenirs and Hurtigruten merchandise I love this wrap-around promenade deck! This is the panorama-lounge that is directly above the bridge There is also a bar in this lounge which have about 15 different types of beer! Love this fake fireplace Directly behind the panorama-lounge is a Café which sells coffee, ice-cream and baked goods This café also have panorama-windows All the way aft on deck there are two hot tubs, there is also a gym and a sauna. We stopped in the city of "Ålesund". This is a very unique city, in 1904 nearly the entire city burned to the ground. Because of this almost all the buildings in Ålesund is built in the "Art-Nouveau" style. This is the Geirangerfjord To show you the scale of these mountains i edited millennium force into this photo. This is about as big it would look next to the mountain This is "Åkneset". This mountain-side have a big crack in it that is expanding about 10 centimeters every year! One day the mountain will fall apart and create a 70 meter tall tsunami-wave and destroy most of the houses inside the fjord. In 2015 a movie about this came out, It is called "The wave" and it`s really good! The small village "Geiranger" This is the Romsdal-alps, it`s a mountain-range that consists of 87 mountaintops! Thank you for reading Here is the entire route
10. Same, I can't decide between two things it's my worst enemy I loved Ling Bao when i stayed there last year if that is helpful
11. I rode Drage Kongen earlier this week and I wanted to share my experience. I had planned to ride it first thing in the morning, however it was down Actually it was down until 15:00. And from reading comments om their Facebook-page Drage Kongen have a lot of downtime. ( it is a prototype kinda so this is understandable) Now the seats and the restraints are very confortable ( Same as Taron) I think the ride is very good with some nice forces until it reaches the "airtime" hill with no airtime... After this it just meanders around until it reaches the brakes, there are very little forces in this section, on the first ride I had we barely made it to the brakerun. The worst thing however is that it has a really BAD rattle, If this thing had otsr's it would be awful. In conclusion the ride is okay and looks great but I left feeling underwhelmed. Although not from the same manufacturer Orkanen at Fårup is far superior
12. If these don't start popping up like SLC's: Agreed! The world needs more of these
13. I'm not sure how i feel about this I love Eurosat in it's current form, it will probably end up being great though I hope they keep the awesome soundtrack at least
14. Eurosat and Euromir, but they are intense in a good way
15. It changes from day to day I think, when I went the first day Maus au chocolate opened 09:30 and the next day Black Mamba opened 09:30
16. Wait is theres two Disney parks in Europe? I'm confused? Yeah, there is two next to eachother in Paris
17. Europa Park had a livestream from the opening ceremony of the Voletarium yesterday, if anyones interested you can watch it here. At 01:56:54 in the video you can see a queue line walkthrough and it looks AMAZING Video (Embedding facebook videos is not working somehow?)
18. According to the blog post Tony linked to it`s nothing, but you never know... https://www.cedarpoint.com/blog/when-intamin-visits
19. If they want to fit a coaster in there they will do it somehow, just look at Gröna Lund and their 4 large coasters stacked on top of each other
