Tower of Terror backwards was announced before S:EFK, and opened before S:EFK...so I'd say SFMM stole both. Actually, if you were at WCB you would know that SFMM came up with the idea and went to Intamin first, so don't assume that SFMM copies everything because they in fact don't.
