One visit? I've been to SFDK over 50 times (I've been going there since before I can remember)! I live ten minutes away! Despite that, will I be returning anytime soon? No, and that's for reasons that have already been stated. I don't visit theme parks where it's a coin toss of whether you'll have a good experience or not. SFDK has been just that.

I don't think negativity is giving our honest opinions of the park based on real experiences. I have no intent in visiting this park again until it can get its act together (if that ever happens.)

^That would be correct. So the last coaster instillation was over ten years ago. Psycho Mouse opened in Spring of 2001.

Oh absolutely, there's a reason I fork out the extra drive to CGA over SFDK! Prepare to dumb down... a lot! SFDK has the worst crowd behavior at any theme park I've ever been to. Whenever I go I can't help but notice all the ghetto idiots that do nothing but swear, wear their "pants" all the way down to their knees and act in an extremely uncivil way! I'm not kidding a bit when I say this. It gets to a point where I just miss the at least semi-civil crowd that CGA has! Vallejo, like you said is an extremely "rough" city and the only beautiful place in the whole city is the park itself.The best advice I can give is just be prepared and you'll probably be fine. I hope this helps and despite all of what I said, I'm sure you'll still enjoy your visit to the park.

After visiting the park today, I now realize that there is a lot of good room for a decent size coaster in the park. If Knott's had that kind of space, they'd be packing rides in all over that area. The park really needs to take a good look at this (as well as Cedar Fair) as I'm rather afraid that they don't realize the kind of potential this park has (both in terms of space and just as an overall park.)

Please, it won't kill you, just re-type it to even slightly different wording. How hard is it?

It really shouldn't be that bad. Longest line won't exceed an hour. Survivor and Delirium have the worst lines. Hit those ones up early (Before noon).

If you can manage to haul a garden with you, I'd say go for it! Just make sure you can keep it healthy and watered so it looks nice.

Bipolar much? No! I'd really like to ride it! It looks well worth the money. I just really, REALLY, don't want to pay for it that badly.
