  1. I've been to both, and to give you an idea of how much better one is than the other, we were in Typhoon Lagoon for about 2 hours and I went on everything and we were at Blizzard Beach for about 6 hours and I got on everything. There is a LOT more to do at Blizzard Beach, but Typhoon Lagoon has Howmunga Cowabunga and the Master Blaster type coaster. But, I think BB is a better park with Summit Plummet (my number one slide), Downhill Double Dipper, and the mat slides. Slush Gusher hurts, don't go on it. ---Brent
  2. Well, if I'm lucky, SFMM tomorrow. If not, maybe Wild Rivers later this week or SFMM next week. ---Brent
  3. Well, since you are a single rider, I would say head to Tatsu first. That way, you can take advantage of X's single rider line later in the day. After Tatsu, just make a clockwise rotation of the park starting at Deja Vu. As for row suggestions, I tend to prefer front row on Riddler's, back row on Goliath, and back row on Tatsu. If you want a discount to Knott's, I just saw a commercial where you can get tickets for $31 at Ralphs. Hope I helped! ---Brent
  4. It's lease has ran out with the Irvine Company, and they won't let Wild Rivers renew it. I think we already have enough homes. Well, at least in the article it said the management is trying to find a new place for a new waterpark. ---Brent
  5. Yeah, this fate has been looming over the park for years. It just greatly saddens me that it is actually happening. This is a great park, and for those who won't be able to make it down to it, are greatly missing something. River Rapids is an old school chute ride and is really fun, but the star attraction is Bombay Blasters. I'm really going to miss this park. R.I.P. Wild Rivers 1986-2007 ---Brent
  6. Hey, that Techno Power thing almost made me throw up last year! Not an enjoyable ride, you just sit and flip for like five minutes. Anyways, great TR! I'm sad that I'm not gonna be able to make it to the OC Fair this year. ---Brent
  7. Domokun is a TV mascot in Japan and these are him and his friends. I personally think they rule! ---Brent
  8. That's gonna be a movie? Woah, didn't even know. Sorry Joey! Anywho, the maze lineup sounds great, even though I will miss Terrorvision and Hatchet High. ---Brent
  9. Lost Vegas was in the Wheeler Dealer Bumper Cars building. IMO, it was the worst maze of last year. ---Brent
  10. ^ The mazes that are placed in Ghostrider 1 and Ghostrider 2, are actually located behind Ghostrider, not in the line. Anywho, I was talking to one of the producers at Sierra Sidewinder's opening day, and they said they were going to do another maze based on a movie this year. Pyromaniax sounds awesome and it is a welcome refreshment to Red Moon Massacre. I think they should take out Feary Tales and Lost Vegas because they both REALLY sucked IMO. Anyways, I can't wait till Haunt! ---Brent
  11. I love gravitrons. I love how you can have the freedom to flip yourself upside down and ride it. Much more intense, IMO. Usually, at the OC Fair, the music they play is awesome to. Nothing is better than spinning around, upside down, and listening to techno music. Brent "Zipper is still the best carnie ride out there" Shenton
  12. Great Photo TR! You had some very nice pictures in there. Just to let you know, Perilous Plunge has been down since like January. And I went on Ghostrider yesterday, and it was EXTREMELY rough. Yeah, KBF can be pretty horrible on crowded days, if you went any day before or after that, you probably would have had an awesome time. ---Brent
  13. I always hear people say that Xcelerator's launch is WAY more intense than TTD's. Is that true? Anyways, the drop does look really fun, it's gonna be awesome when I put my hands up on it. ---Brent
  14. Bus pass+nothing to do today=Let's go to Knott's! ---Brent
  15. The Zipper is freakin amazing! You feel like you are going to fly off of the structure any second, which adds to the thrill. I've also gotten some sick airtime on them. My record for flips is six backflips in a row. I'm pretty sure they don't let single riders ride by themselves, so bring a person with you if you want to ride. ---Brent
  16. With my luck (and a touch of money), I'll be at 120 credits next year! Yay! ---Brent
  17. My home park is DL and it is probably my favorite park. I love how it focuses on the overall park experience including shows and rides. However, IOA is pretty freakin close to being my favorite. ---Brent
  18. Rockin it from Tustin, CA. Fifteen minutes from DLR, thirty from KBF, and an hour and a half from SFMM. Howdy yall! ---Brent

  20. Fireworks=Fun! Of course, in our lovely city of Tustin, CA, it is illegal to use fireworks. So where do we go? To Santa Ana, of course! Seriously though, California is pretty gay about the really awesome ones. However, some people still shoot off like bottle rockets and stuff. However, we find fun ways to use the safe-and-sane ones. On the 4th, try tipping over a Piccilo Pete. That is fun! ---Brent
  21. Pfft, Submarine Voyage at Tomorrowland in the DLR. To answer your first question, he's actually buried in Forest Lawn next to his mom and dad. What is the only ride in Disneyland that has a single rider line? ---Brent
  22. The thrill would just about kill me. Even if I'm super crazy, I'm not crazy enough to do this! I don't know who is... ---Brent
