West Coast Bash 2011 Photo Updates!

Figured I'd Make My 500th Post A Big Thanks To TPR! My Sierra wheel is also sitting in my room! (look for a pic of it here in a few hours) Once again, I want to thank Robb, and the Knotts staff for making the best day of this year so far happen! TPR Quest by far is the most insanely awesome game ever created by coaster enthusiasts! (I especially loved the ride crap prizes!) The log ride tour was fantastic, and morning ERT was awesome! (cept Ghostrider In The Back Row, I had to use Xcel as a Chiropractor to straighten my back out ) I honestly think the rain made this event better, as we practically had ERT all day due to the rain! The Q&A and Haunt Presentations were awesome and the History of Knott's was even more so (and I learned a few things). Interesting to me was that KotD is still there, intact, but most of the theming removed for props for Haunt... (hint hint) Knott's should really do something with all that unused space *cough*. It's too bad that building is not structurally sound enough for them to just put new scenery in, and fix up the still-intact ride system. Thanks for an awesome event, and I can't wait for next year! EDIT: Me and my Sierra Road Wheel! TPR Rocks! -

HUGE LEGOLAND UPDATE (Part 2) The day sarted off in Miniland USA, aferwards, I planned to hit up Sky Crusier, which I asssumed would have a short wait. As soon as that idea popped into my head, I heard the speakers in the line for Sky Crusier announce that the current wait was two hours... SO... Instead, I took a long construction update from around the park, Adventurer's Club is still closed, and I'm a bit surprised as this is the longest rehab it's ever gone through... A big surprise though, FUN TOWN POLICE AND FIRE ACADEMY is now half open. The police vehicles look fantastic, as well as the models going into the Star Wars Miniland Area!

MASSIVE LEGOLAND UPDATE! FEATURES: -POVs of rides and Offride Footage -A 6 Minute Tour of Minland Los Vegas - And Coming Soon: The Big Test (Full Show) Hello everyone! Last Monday I had the chance to bike to Legoland on my day off from School. I took over 50 videos and have compiled the footage into several volumes (most of the clips were Coastersaurus offride footage). Updates from around the park: COASTERSAURUS: The ride recently added new larger lap bars... sadly, they're not an improvement, as I was pinned to my seat. When I tried to move, I couldn't... and it screwed up my back. Here's a large collection of offride footage: I'll have the rest of the footage up tonight so stay tuned!

What Was The Last Coaster You Rode?

Don't get me wrong I love that park, but I only live a few miles from it and we go way too often so it loses its charm after too many repeat visits. I'm a little lego'd out right now and have been avoiding it for the past couple of months to recover. I work a few blocks away and sometimes grab lunch there when I have the time. We will be there for the new stuff opening soon though. If you haven't been since it opened, Wow its changed and its a great park. I was shocked after only a three year absence. Oh and my last coaster was Superman... I live a few miles from Legoland too! I go once or twice a month (Master Builder) and I never get bored! I'm posting a giant update from my trip on Monday tonight so stay tuned... -

Kinda ominous looking at the before-after photos.... Frankly, I don't think anyone could have prepared for a disaster of THIS scale. -

That looks very similar to the Coastersaurus cars, do you think you could modify them slightly to look like this? Could it be modified to match this easily? -
