  1. Does the ride have seats for more than 20 passengers?
  2. Update! I've worked a bit more on the queue...how does it look? Shot0523.bmp Entrance with a new archway. Shot0524.bmp I'm enjoying how this log ride has turned out... Shot0525.bmp Another view...
  3. My guess is that it was kept in some kind of a truck, then dropped off on the beach at night in the tide. Probably made it heavy enought to stay with the tide, but light enough for people to carry it to the water's edge.
  4. I did not see this coming! I figured the ride was coming along, but didn't expect it to open until next year sometime!
  5. ^ Yeah I'm not too keen on the idea either, I'd much rather it be a TS3-esque sequel. As for Cars II, could they have chosen a more overused theme than saving the world?
  6. Kion, change those path fences and you have a winner!
  7. ^I can see them heavily limiting which coasters you can use them for. i'm pretty sure Maverick and TTD would be continually spammed by most of the Fast Lane people.
  8. I remember this ride in Roller Coaster Tycoon when I first got the game as a little kid, and I wanted to ride it so badly! Looks like I may have the chance now!
  9. ^ The GP eat that kind of stuff up though. Why do you think parks have superhero themes? Because they attract people.
  10. Don't just randomly bump the thread, they'll announce it when they announce it.
  11. I still think they should consider doing a Bizarro re-theme considering that the park is now getting a Lex Luthor themed ride right near there. Frankly I'm surprised they decided not to give Scream! The Bizarro rehab in the first place. At least the park lot theme would make a little more sense? Just thinking out loud here. Forgive my runaway thoughts.
  12. I agree with the comments above. SF really should consider doing a scare zone back there, seeing as it's isolated enough and has little to no attraction for kids whose parents bring them to haunt. I've always found the idea of a superhero-gone-wrong sort of maze to be interesting, and with S:UF going in...
  13. And now in the darkcoaster section we can scream 87 DEGREES
  14. ^^^ Love the idea of having the coaster go through the haunted house, however, the roof over the entrance looks a bit repetitive for my taste...
  15. While JMA has just bought the park, and I doubt this would happen...It really would be great to see them add something new to the park for next year.
  16. It also appears as if there's going to be a whole lot of room left over from where Superman is going in...I wonder if they'll be able to possibly utilize this space for a haunt maze next year?
  17. I've been experimenting with trackitecture lately and decided to throw a little in to Bell Gardens, for the Log Ride's entrance. Which version looks better, Picture One or Picture Two? I need to know! Shot0521.bmp One Shot0522.bmp Two
  18. ^ Why not build a 500ft tall inverted woodie while you're at it? Since Flight Deck is now the park's most popular coaster, I really doubt they'd remove it....
  19. ^ You think Griffon is seriously expensive now? A Giga diver would be a massive feet of engineering with a 30 Mil + budget most likely. I'm not sure B&M will attempt that concept due to the extreme weight of DM trains and the forces they exert on the track.
