My guess is that it was kept in some kind of a truck, then dropped off on the beach at night in the tide. Probably made it heavy enought to stay with the tide, but light enough for people to carry it to the water's edge. -
^ Yeah I'm not too keen on the idea either, I'd much rather it be a TS3-esque sequel. As for Cars II, could they have chosen a more overused theme than saving the world?

^I can see them heavily limiting which coasters you can use them for. i'm pretty sure Maverick and TTD would be continually spammed by most of the Fast Lane people. -

I remember this ride in Roller Coaster Tycoon when I first got the game as a little kid, and I wanted to ride it so badly! Looks like I may have the chance now! -
I still think they should consider doing a Bizarro re-theme considering that the park is now getting a Lex Luthor themed ride right near there. Frankly I'm surprised they decided not to give Scream! The Bizarro rehab in the first place. At least the park lot theme would make a little more sense? Just thinking out loud here. Forgive my runaway thoughts.

I agree with the comments above. SF really should consider doing a scare zone back there, seeing as it's isolated enough and has little to no attraction for kids whose parents bring them to haunt. I've always found the idea of a superhero-gone-wrong sort of maze to be interesting, and with S:UF going in...
