1. Dot had the right intentions when offering advice, but his tone in his post were harsh, to put it simply. I liked the advice he has given me over time, and it was good advice; however, his praise on work was non existent, because everything in a screen can always be improved. Oh well, at least he decided to leave on us rather than him making more of a scene over time.
2. Keep them coming guys, these are great!
3. http://www.themeparkreview.com/game_exchange/track.php?id=465 This one didn't work for me, but the other 10 I downloaded opened up just fine. Should we just keep a list of the files that people are having issues downloading? This way we can PM the authors in an attempt to re-post the corrupt file.
4. Sounds like the saved game isn't exported.Mine sending the file as an attachment on here so I can export it perhaps?
5. I don't get why he got so defensive because not everyone agreed with him. Oh well. Edit: And I also want to apologize my lack of attendance on the forums. Student teaching is taking up all my free time right now, let alone school too.
6. Going for a Busch Garden theme, or at least a rip-off: Better, or worse?
7. Still don't have a definitive theme, but researching for a good overall look.
8. Can't go wrong with a good old wooden stick. Maybe I'm old fashion, but my slap shots have always had good consistency with the natural flex a wooden stick provides, not to mention they cost as much as a typical replacement blade.
9. ^ That is the way I did it, seeing as win-hack doesn't want to work for me (and win-hack gives a better appearance than mine does, but it does the job.) Using MOM for some reason causes error trappers. And you guys have a point about the fences--they seem a lot higher here then the last time I used this system.
10. So much hate here! To be honest, while there is an influx in one design, does it really matter? I'm seeing more productivity, let a lone better quality so far with this coaster type. Build what makes you happy folks. That's all I can say in this situation.
11. It worked find for me on Vista. I'm not very computer savvy, so I have no idea what could be the issue.
12. Figured since I don't finish a lot of what I start, I rather just showcase all my work in one spot: Here's something I just started out of boredom, but not sure how I can continue without a real cohesive theme. SCR33 (3).BMP SCR34.BMP SCR35.BMP
13. Looks very nice--and clean! just fill up the surroundings more and it will have a nice look to it. anyways, I actually had some free time today, for once it seems like. . .
14. Send it over, I'd be glad to do that for you. I wouldn't mind this either. The sad thing for me is I just like building coasters, everything else just bores me out of my mind.
15. Senshi should have a Ninja inspiration to it because well, they're identical themes! It looks... okay right now, but my view my change when you finish up the surroundings. Keep going.
16. I started on one, but I've been having so many issues with it considering it would be my first time doing something like that.
17. Start my student teaching portion of one of my classes tomorrow, so I'm hoping for the best! We all know how obnoxious some preteens can get.
18. Haunt statistically brings in half of the yearly revenue for the park--it's just popular. This is very true as well.
19. Thanks guys! I'll be adding some color, though, the theme is a tad morbid, so I want it to look old and drab. Robbie: I have some fountains on the "turn" that swoops back up from the cliff; the idea was already there. And thanks! Here's a brief look at the adjacent village that is pillaged by the myth of the Alkonost:
20. Try This site. Also, Fisherman has some Twilight Zone scenery as well, but I don't know of a site where he host those items.
