  1. I think I speak for everyone when I say: MEME Z0MG!.bmp wot
  2. QFT. I had a hard time riding Ripsaw when I was there in March. It was small, crammed, and damn uncomtolerable.
  3. Favorite Wood: El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure Favorite Steel: Bizarro at Six Flags New England El Toro Bizarro
  4. BGW is my home park and I LOVE it. The food, the general atmosphere, the coasters are all great. It's about a fourty five minute drive, but probably one of my favorite parks, if not my favorite. Kings Dominion is two hours from me and I HATE it. Everyone around here thinks it's so much better because "z0mg they has laik so many coasters!one1!" and can't be reminded that of those coasters about 3-4 are decent.
  5. Busch Gardens has announced "Pass Member Preview Day" will be the 19th of March. http://www.facebook.com/#!/event.php?eid=187030231315338
  6. Paint a fake sky of some sort on it? Oh my bad. Forgot this isn't Six Flags.
  7. Well I haven't ridden too many qooden coasters (less than I would have liked to), but of the ones I have: Top Three: 1. My favorite steel anypark anywhere (Bizarro @SFNE) 2. El Toro (SFGADV) 3. Cyclone (SFNE) 3. Wild One (SFA) Bottom Three: 30. ROAR (SFA) 31. The Grizzly (KD) 32. Hurler (KD) Rode El Toro for the first time this year. That toook number two, no competition. I was torn between the rough as hell Cyclone, which provided some insane airtime, or the tame and not so Wild One. For my bottom three Roar sucks. End of discussion. As for "The Grizzly" it freaking killed me to place it so far down, but it was pretty craptacular when I rode it this year. Finally, Hurler is last. I hope it catches fire this offseason.
  8. ^I'd say you're beating a dead horse, but at this point you've beat it, raped it, buried it, dug it up again, beat it some more, and then urinated on it.
  9. Sorry I refuse to acknowledge the "fake b" I have, however, edited it so nobody gets up in arms
  10. The picture that Robb told us to place on FaceBook yesterday was removed from my account, and I recieved a strike against my account and a "Warning" for using third party copyrighted software... Did this happen to anyone else?
  11. Really? I mean as groin numbingly painful as it is, I personally hate Hurler more than Shockwave.
  12. An old wooden coaster means an incredible amount to people in Ohio suprisingly enough... Thanks for posting those pictures Chadster. It really was rather sad looking through what looked like it was a great park. I'll have to keep an eye on this thread.
  13. Will they be reimbursing me the price of the gas for my pick-up truck?
  14. I'm so sorry your experience with that horrible coaster was made even more horrible. Please join me as together we take a stand against "Hurler". People need this charity. Why? Because even non-enthusiasts that feel Dominator is the best coaster in the park because of "teh l00p" agree that Hurler is a disgrace to the coaster community. Please. Take a stand. On topic, however, I've never had that happen to me. I guess it's a seatbelt though, it'd be worse if it was the entire restraint.
  15. So basically I'm looking foward to Halloween, already. Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream was really lacking this year in comparison to KD. NEW MAZES. Bottom line. Some of the mazes had lots of potential, but recycling the same thing gets boring. Kings Dominion's HAUNT needs to not change. Bruno Mars could write a song about how good it was. As for Six Flags though, it would appear Six Flags has been surveying season pass holders about Fright Fest, and I'm hoping they can really improve it this year. Obviously it won't be anything to the caliber of the other parks, but I'm crossing my fingers they can get a good start. Basically, the first thing would be to STOP UPCHARGING THE DAMNED MAZES. I'm also hoping they can add a few mazes. Halloween + Themeparks = Incredible.
  16. Fright Fest at Six Flags. Upcharging for mazes when you only have two in the first place is a horrible strategy. Howl-O-Scream is also getting a bit old and dryed out.
  17. Having anything other than a pre-show with cats in hats is perhaps the biggest tragedy that has ever been seen by the Theme Park industry.
  18. I thought they said they met up through an online enthusiast forum. www.eharmony.com
  19. Nothing makes me angrier than when someone won't text me back, but then updates their FaceBook status. It just makes me feel like "Oh I see you don't have time to talk to me, but you have time to go on FaceBook to update your status and like a thousand different pages".
  20. Have to agree here. I found no trace of airtime when I rode it in March this year. I'm not saying that it's not possible, but that must have been one hell of a refurb.
