  1. Well this is the e-mail to destroy all other e-mails! 5 Capitalized "V's", the last one being blue, and the release date...*hint hint!* -Griffin
  2. ^ I agree. But $28 million doesn't buy as much as it did back in the 1990's, or even the beginning of the century. Nonetheless, they did a good job with what they could afford. It's going to be quite the attention-grabber for the public, and is rapidly convincing me to head up to the Canada next year.
  3. Link: rcdb.com/531.htm?t=291 The interesting note is the story is based on Greek mythology but Apollo's Chariot is in a Roman/Italian section of the park. Also, my 150th post! I remember reading this and thinking the same thing when I read it years ago, but I knew Busch was smart and didn't put a Greek-named ride in the Roman section of the park. It seems a little funky at first, but somehow seamlessly blends together in the end. Hope Verbolten is the same way!
  4. You're buildings are great! Far better than anything I've ever done in RCT2.
  5. The unVeiling will be my 150th post... Only a week left until the talons come out!
  6. The dragon is actually a rct3 (ingame) coaster. Oh it is, isn't it! It's the dragon at the end of the so-called "Serpent" coaster or whatever it is. Anyways, the ride is phenominal. The exterior is far more than I could ever do. Great work!
  7. I hope you know that this is 100% pure fiction, correct? Or are you just playing along for the fun of it? Nonetheless,I hope you're enjoying it!
  8. I'm with you on this one. I've been to Canada only once, but this attraction is definitely making me want to go in 2012. PARKS TO VISIT IN 2012: - Dollywood - Hersheypark - Canada's Wonderland....
  9. I headed out to the park yesterday. Construction was moving along well, seeing footers all over the site that are completed and ready for supports. While standing in line for LynX at the station, I looked to my right a little bit and spotted this... After this, I rode LynX, sprinted to the bridge over the train tracks, and saw this rising up into the sky! Do i detect lift supports?! Or are they for something else besides a lift?! Seeing this made me curious! Why are they putting up supports this early in the season? Maybe they want to construct the ride before the winter so that they don't have to deal with the harsh conditions. Nonetheless, it's very exciting! Anyone got any ideas on track layout now? -Griffin
  10. If this was made for another park, such as Knott's, where would you put it? It seems to fit pretty well where it is.
  11. I am in LOVE with that ride logo...can't wait to wake up at 7 and check the site to see what's happened! I'm betting on a giga, but it's going to be something that I can't expect. It always is... Holy S***!!!!!!!! If that's not one of the best things I have ever seen in my life I don't know what is!!!!!
  12. ^ There are no supports! No, they look good on the lift, but seem a little too far apart. I know it's because the lift is at an angle though...
  13. Custom Tracked Ride...It's like having Griffon cars in RCT3. They weren't installed with the game, someone made them and you 'install' them into the game manually.
  14. Well, since Monday, the raptor attack at the park has been the talk of the town! From what I know, the attack took place at about 5:00, having five raptors swoop out of the sky and begin slashing at the thirty-two workers. But, they are all home and healing now, which is good! Got another e-mail this morning... The numbers 5 and 32 seem to be popping up coincidentially all over the place, as do the words beaks and talons. Do you think those could be the possible passwords to the secret page on the .V. site? Someone might want to check that out... Hope to head back to the park tomorrow or this week! -Griffin
  15. WHAT?! Giga? 2012 is shaping up to possibly be one of the greatest years for roller coasters! Can't wait to see the layout this week when they announce it!
  16. I think that's some of the coolest track I've ever seen. Can't wait to see this piercing the skyline in the front of the park 200ft. in the air...
  17. That park map is something no one has ever thought to do and it's perfect! Mind if I steal the idea for another time? Anyways, this project is great. I cannot wait to see how the park grows and develops over the years. With this type of park, you could definitely do some incredible attractions using the landscape! Keep up the excellent work!
  18. Bonjour encore! I headed out to the park yesterday, regrettably forgetting my camera, and took a look around the park at what's been going on. Construction seems to be occuring, but while the park is open, the site is deserted. There are no trucks, cranes, shovels, not even a glove or hard hat! I don't know how they are moving along like they are, as there are some footers poured near the building and by the bridge... Anyways, on to the good stuff! Dr. Chase's second study was released this morning, and again, it seems that .V. has hacked into it since I opened it. I really don't know who or what .V. is, but they sure are good at hacking! OH...before I forget...did anyone see the date on the .V. site?! 25.8.11? So August 25th...that's the release date!!!!! Mark your calendars because the invasion is coming apparently! Anyone got any ideas? -Griffin
  19. I don't think the park is going in that direction with this ride like Thorpe Park did... I think it's referencing the 'viral' game that the park is playing with us. But what I don't get is the shot down the hallway...where is that in the park? Also, did anyone see any hidden symbols on the "V" site? I've managed to find the numbers 5 and 32 in the upper 'corners' on the pages of the site. We've seen the number 5 come up before, but including the number 32 means...? I'm lost for words! Keep voicing your opinions and thoughts! -Griffin
  20. Earlier this week, the park has managed to release a promotional video for the park itself, showing shots of various attractions found within it. But, something, or someone, seems to have hacked into it, making the video a little more....interesting I have a feeling that this video has secrets in it too, much like the website does. Has anyone managed to find out what the password is for one of the pages on the "V" website? I've tried numerous words or numbers...and letters!...but can't seem to figure it out. Anyone got any ideas? Hope to be heading to the park sometime this weekend! -Griffin
  21. ^I was just thinking that when I was reading your post. Totally right though, as it is one of my favorite rides that still scares the crap out of me. The scariest part though isn't the launch, it's the top hat. Once it hits the top, it throws you up and out, feeling like you're getting tossed into Comet Hollow across the park!
