  1. These pieces are really for nothing. Its all part of Bonnie's evil plan to get back at everybody for the nickname.... she figures she can screw with everybody this way, having them frantically speculating for months on what they could be for... only to find out it was all for nothing.
  2. Now THAT would be a cool upcharge attraction.... I would do it for sure! You could do so many things with it, have the zip line go all over the place, maybe even through the pretzel loop on Tatsu.... awesome!
  3. So by seeing just a few random pieces of nothing you think FT could have 'rainbow' supports? ^Guy, you have a good point there Sir.
  4. Ooops.... Ok, I give myself one of these....
  5. It's probably the supports for the new Dippin Dots stand. Of course!
  6. Wouldn't it be funny if these new parts turned out to not have anything to do with any ride?
  7. That's really cool! So who won the game?
  8. Doh! The dreaded Nantimi cable again. Wait a second - is there one in that park? The sky ride? Did it break and fly through the air, slicing everything in it's path!? I always heard that would happen if a sky ride cable broke... Lol... I really don't know what happened, I was just being silly.
  9. It was a freak, massive, death accident involving a crane, a dear, the yellow train, a garden gnome, and the evil Intamin cable.
  10. At least you would not be driving from San Jose.
  11. If you're correct and SFMM gets the same exact design but bigger, can you imagine the AIRTIME on that thing?? S:UF is only 150' and 62 mph and the ejector is insane... SFMM's version?? Im thinking the loop would be in LJ's spot with a launch through the tunnel and a bunch of twisty airtime hills in various places.
  12. Wouldn't it be interesting if Six Flags built Superman at SFDK from Premier Rides as a 'test' for this type of coaster and built the bigger version of it, 'Full Throttle' at SFMM for 2013? Im going to call it and go with that as my guess. Not the same ride but launched with the world record loop, similar to Superman.
  13. I think they would have fixed that problem before putting this ride and and if that's true about the IMAX then why can they use it for haunt?
  14. Not surprised it has quick dispatches, its only loading 12 riders at a time, that would make it seem quick if the ride ops were not slow.
  15. During the media day webcast there was a wide shot with a stationary camera after Superman went up you could easily see the tower sway quite a bit, it looked creepy. Watch the tower... Lex Luthor media launch
  16. It still sways quite a bit and I could see some GPers thinking the tower was going to fall down... lol
  17. I love the license plates on the trains!
  18. Because "they FORGOT to stop the ride"
  19. I remember "back in the day" when people were saying MM should get a drop tower and many thought it would never happen, and at the same time Robb once 'hinted' of the idea of putting a drop ride on Superman- many thought it was impossible.... and look where we are now.
  20. Why not get coasters back to back years here, certainly deserves it after not putting one in for more than a decade...... you never know.....
  21. Saw the tower sway in the webcast and I would bet it sways more than 24", which is even better!
  22. So is this considered a 3rd generation drop ride?
  23. Wasn't that amazing? It was as if the Superman trains caused the Lex Luthor gondolas to fall. In my opinion, it exemplified how this tower is now, essentially, a massive battle between good and evil. I always thought it was an alien landing beacon. Oh Mr. Koepp, your wit has no end!
