Ok... whatever So anybody else notice one side of Superman consistently going higher than the other?

NOBODY was complaining about the drop on Lex if you paid attention you would see we were just stating something cool that happens during the drop and if you bothered to pay attention you would also have seen that one of us even said they were not hating on the ride at all. No, NOT complaining, maybe you should read the original posts again.

Its really strange and cool. You start falling and you feel the falling then you get used to it as you continue to fall and you start thinking this is kind of cool, then you hit the brakes hard and its over.

Funny how people like using only part of my post so they can accuse me of complaining. I said in that post that I wasn't hating on the ride for anything. All I did was share my experience. Am I not allowed to do that? Did I experience the ride incorrectly? I'm sorry. I wasn't aware we couldn't talk about things like that here on TPR. I'll check in with you temperamental types before I allow myself to have opinions or experiences from now on. Thanks for straightening me out. You did nothing wrong and I agree with you. Since when is it wrong to express a feeling or state a fact on here? Apparently now it is because the complainers will complain that you are complaining when you are not. So I rode Lex again today and I felt the same thing you described, really cool and I guess I must clearly point out now that I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS RIDE SO IF YOU THINK THAT THEN THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. On another note I NOTICED Superman one side was consistently going higher than the other..... ooh I better not post that because the complainers will say that is complaining when it clearly is not. Totally frikin ridiculous.

Zingoman, that is exactly how it felt, it was totally awesome but it felt just like you described and I agree completely with what you said.

Yeah that's when I saw it.

Saw a little downtime on Lex today, don't know what happened but the cars were stopped about halfway up for about 10 minutes, then dropped from there and the ride reset. Was funny seeing the cars drop from halfway up.

Went for a little bit today but was way too frikin hot to stay there. Apocalypse was totally insane and rode Lex, hands up on the drop, awesome! Superman ran up when we were at the top of the tower, the rocking was very un nerving but extremely cool, loved it! Colossus had some good airtime and Scream! beat the crap out of me which was very surprising. Too hot to do anything else today, thank goodness for Slurpees!

If only themeparks could keep their rides painted so beautifully.... I will say this again, the Olympia Looping trains are absolutely gorgeous! I love love love that color scheme.

What? There is a rumor of that? I don't know if that would be a good idea since the one at CGA would be much taller.

I would like to complain about something on this ride, I really would, but you know what? I can't. It just looks like a crazy - fun ride and gives me yet another reason to visit CP. I do really like the fly over the front gate, really neat touch.

Easily, the Bebes trip reports are the most entertaining on here. OMG I haven't been to the oakland Zoo in like 30 years and it's so funny we were just talking about that yesterday- really! It's the "fearless Mr. Bebes" pics like this one that really crack me up...

I've always wondered how a sit down train would feel on that ride myself, it might actually be even more fun.

Riddlers already has 5 inversions, 6 if you count the inclined loop. Doing what you propose would be so expensive they might as well build a completely new coaster.

Any part of the ride be it the track or supports that falls within the parking lot automatically makes it a parking lot coaster, but that does not mean there is anything wrong with it.

So if this is true, then the park had a GIB, got rid of it, and would now downgrade to a standard Boomerang? Not sure if I would laugh or feel sad about this, it just seems- odd. But whatever, it's another coaster.

Goliath seems to be the employee hangout.

Not acceptable but unfortunately typical and what's really sad is it just has a lap bar... that's it. No complicated OTSR or seatbelt or anything, just one simple lap bar yet dispatches are terrible and the ONLY reason for this is what you said, the ride ops. There is no other reason for this to be happening on a consistent basis/nearly every train. Of all the rides there this situation on this ride is the only one that really bothers me. EVERY TIME I've ridden it it's always the same story, slow/lazy ride ops not paying attention, chatting away with their friends or the other 5 or 6 employees hanging around the panel doing nothing but causing a distraction, texting, all causing the PAYING CUSTOMER to wait... why? Why, MM, can't you fix this? Not only does this look bad to your guests and waste their time, but isn't it NOT SAFE to have a bunch of employees running a ride that are not really paying attention and tell me why your employees like to hang out at this ride and you have done nothing about this issue? It takes what, 3-4 ops to run this ride but why is it that it's common to see 6, 7, 8 employees there, just hanging around? It just irritates me that this is like that. There is one bright spot though, at least ultimately the computer is controlling the ride- so that makes me feel at least safe.
