My, my--aren't we dramatic? I hardly think this will be "devastating" for the park, or overshadow the "buzz" for Verbolten. Speak for yourself, I'm going to cancel my entire East Coast Trip, this was the only thing I was wanting to ride!!!! Yep, they've definitely proven themselves. Sure not all these incidents are reflective of the company...but when was the last time Intamin opened a major drop tower? Incidents like these, no matter whether they are caused by the company or not, don't exactly have people clamoring to buy them. You are talking about 4 incidents in the span of 28 years. One of them is on a 1st generation ride. The most damning one is the SFKK incident obviously. 4 incidents in 28 years, not bad at all. "That's all I have to say"... hmm....

That's funny, there has been no confirmation or announcement of anything. Uncalled for. It seems like a safe assumption that a park builds the rides that show up on its property, save a few examples of old rides being transported and left to rot. Brand new ride parts seem likely to be built, so pardon me for expecting that to be the case. You are pardoned. So it's not so much they are putting this up as it is they are likely putting this up. Is and maybe.... hmmm. But why and if this is going in did nobody see this coming? Maybe the FT rumors were just a distraction for what is really going on.... this thing!

Actually, the pieces swing out of the way of the riders towards the front of the train. Then the train passes a sensor, for each section of lumber, which then causes the pieces to violently swing back in place and smack the riders in the back of the train in the face, this of course will happen several times as the train goes up the lift through each section. And as a hidden bonus, select pieces will have broken glass shards and rusty nails sticking out of them! This element on this lift is called the "recurring face smacker".
