I'm just a really picky eater... My parents always tell the story about how they had to throw away all the jars of baby food they had bought for me. I just really don't like the taste of most food, it makes me ill. As for the "plain" stuff...the problem is that if I say I eat a Mcdonalds Hamburger, that's all I eat...I will not eat a wendy's, burger king, in n out, etc. I am very brand specific. When I say I eat spaghetti, I eat it with my own sauce, my brands of cheese, etc. I can't just go to olive garden and order spaghetti because I won't like it. There are also certain foods that I really like the smell of, but when I try them I feel sick! (Steak comes to mind!) I'm not really vegetarian/vegan, anything like that...just picky! I'm really quite a boring person! I like my rodent and enjoy spending time with him. I watch the Food Network A LOT! And I do a lot of work with the Special Olympics. Elissa "I like cruises too!" Alvey

You'd have to take a cab... It's about 25 miles from Miami Airport to Dania Beach, Maybe if you could convince some other friends to go with you and split a cab you could afford it! Also make sure to call before you go, just in case they were closed for any reason. Really try to get there though...Dania Beach Hurricane is in my Top 10 Wooden coasters! I didn't really get to play since I was filming, but having at least 'ridden through' all 3 Buzz's I can say that I like this one, but I'm still not sure where it ranks... It has the detachable guns which is a great improvement over Florida's, but at the same time the sets are really, really small! If you've ever done a Sally Dark Ride that's what it's like. There are certain rooms that you come into on Florida or Tokyo's Versions that are just HUGE! You do almost like 300 degrees around a huge circle and the props and targets are everywhere. In Disneyland's it felt much more claustrophobic, there were no big moments of 'Awe' seeing huge rooms with all kinds of targets. I'm also a bit concerned about the queue...as in, the lack of! There is VERY little indoor queue. Even with a 10 minute line when we rode there were two outside switchbacks and a line out of the entrance! Hopefully that's what these soft openings are for and they'll figure some stuff out! Elissa "eh, it's still just Buzz" Alvey

^ The Land Boat Ride (don't remember actual name) is the ride inside the Land Pavilion at Epcot. You see some fake sets and stuff then go through some cool greenhouses. Elissa "I really like it!!!" Alvey

Actually, I think most parks have a rule about smoking...even SFMM had a designated smoking areas thing for about 3 weeks (complete with signs and everything!) and then gave up because no one cooporated or enforced it. That's the key, it will never work unless parks enforce it. As a non-smoker I would love to see it completely banned at parks! Japan is a very smokey country and it annoyed me quite a bit. Even in the US the states which do not allow smoking in restaurants are so much better for me! It's always weird to go traveling and go into a restaurant and have them ask you "smoking or non?", since I'm not used to that at all! I've been on it a few times...it really scares the bejesus out of me! My biggest achievement was finally getting a solo ride on the damn thing! The op explained to me that "we normally say that it's too windy when a pretty girl like yourself wants to ride so we can ride with you!" Nice and Sleazy, just the way I like it! It started out really well...but it's kind of dragging now. I really like it better when they're down to fewer teams. At least none of the teams seem as obnoxious as last season. Although some of them seem REALLY stupid. Anyone else notice the casting for next season is for 'families' of 4!?!? I'm so mad that they're filming in June/July...stupid already having plane tickets and plans! I bet that we could get chosen with my parents! Oh well, kiddies, here's your chance! You have to be 8 years old, but they're looking for teams of 4 in any kind of family situation! Elissa "damn, that's going to be a really annoying season to watch!" Alvey

Well, that's spring break week for a lot of the country so there aren't really any bargains but I found this: Leave Midway (MDW) Monday March 28th Arrive LAX Leave LAX Friday April 1st Arrive MDW These flights would give you all day Tues, Wed, Thurs...Knotts, SFMM, Disney or Universal. The flights are $197 each, you could get a hotel for around $40 a night...and you'd need to rent a car, usually on priceline for about $25 a day. Elissa "hope this helps" Alvey

Stitch gets my vote...just because I really LOVED Alien Encounter...the retheming just makes no sense at all and has one of the worst moments I've ever experienced anywhere!!!!
