^No one is going to flame you, but you have to wait for the full story. Remember how everyone jumped on Intamin for the California Screamin accident which turned out to be all Disney because they changed something that Intamin did!?!? Or how about the SFKK accident where maintenance admitted they didn't follow Intamin's instructions for oiling the cable? It's a hard position to sell a giant machine to a park and trust them to do everything right with it because or else the blame comes right back to you.

Haven't they been doing 'extensive testing' for three years now though???

I believe we've answered this before, but this year we only have WCB left to go...unless something crazy happens I wouldn't expect another bash. We have plans next year for some more East Coast events though.

As I mentioned in another thread, this isn't really a 'wow', this is a super busy weekend for the amusement industry, more people riding = more chances for incidents! It's like when people freak out that Disney has the most deaths of any park...that's cause they're open the most and have the highest attendance!!

This was the best park to visit in this weather! And the tour of Spiderman was probably BETTER than the ride actually being open. You can ride the ride in Universal or in Japan now anytime, but walking through and seeing the cars and shows was truly unique! Love my Jaws towel/hoodie thing. It seemed to be the new trend in Japan as we saw them at Universal and Disney and EVERYONE was wearing them.

^I wouldn't know about the tan lines because as soon as I put it on I was instantly hauled off by some secret government agency that tapped into my brain because I wasn't wearing my tin foil hat and the RFID gave away all of my most inner private deep dark secrets. Seriously though, I haven't been following the details of when and how they'll be released to everyone other than we're seeing Cast Members and Resort Guests with them, and believe that Assholders are next.

They're still testing them, but they're testing them a TON! I recently got to wear one and it was pretty cool! Also while we've been visiting Disney the last week and using the app I've seen a lot more Magic Band stuff integrated. Really getting close now!

Amusement Park full moon or something! Also probably one of the busiest days of the traditional amusement park summer? It's interesting (and makes me feel a bit better) to see that a lot of you share my same belief on not riding those really restrictive water rides. It even freaks me out a bit being on coasters over water!
