How long was X2 closed when its lift motor died? A LONG TIME! I hope they can get it back working for the rest of the season, it's a great ride. Oh Six Flags...

If you have a car you should leave the park and eat at one of the many decent chain places on the main drag. If you want to stay on the peninsula I would head to Famous Dave's, Tomo Hibachi, Friday's or Perkins to eat. If you're looking for something fast, we found that the pizza and bread sticks near the water rides was pretty decent for park food.

Um...we may have a VERY big problem here!!!! From the Food & Wine Festival page... That TBD better freakin turn into fondue real fast!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was blown away by Summer Adventures. I had only read negative stuff about the park online and was very skeptical, but as soon as we called them and told them we no longer needed a full day at SFoT and would like to do something nice for our Trip Participants they worked with us and were fabulous! The ops were great, rides were surprising, and even the food was great!

Some good and bad changes out of Disney Cruise Line today... Yay - No smoking allowed on any stateroom balconies! This is great, because sometimes if you get stuck next to a smoker and the smoke wafts over it can be really annoying. Not to mention many cruise ship fires start from people throwing their cigarette butts over railings! Boo - Shorts will now be allowed in all of the main dining rooms for dinner service...EVEN ON FORMAL NIGHTS!!!! I get that they're attracting a more 'family' crowd, but they don't need to dumb down to Carnival levels!!! What's the point of even having a formal night if you're allowed to wear freakin shorts!?!?!? Ugh.

Some articles make it sound even worse saying he had bad cuts on his head and was unconscious for awhile. I believe this is a standard Miler which makes me wonder how he climbed under as it has the bar and belt attached to the bar. If he was so scared why did they put him on alone!?!? Parents are allowed to ride with their children on this ride. Ugh, it just annoys me!

^&^^ I saw Into the Woods on Broadway with my mom before we moved out of NYC. It is still my favorite musical and I can't wait to see what Disney does with it!!!

Can you imagine the smell that is going to come out when they roll that thing over?!?! Although, I can also picture what Chris is saying and just seeing it keep rolling right to the other side and sinking!

^$400 round trip ATL/CLE is NOT a good deal. Please keep looking. For example, we paid $400 for MCO - HOU, CLE - MCO in the peak summer season.

If you're worried at all just do one of our trips! We guide you around and also teach you how to do it so you can learn and explore on your own, with the group, or at another time! You can pretty much be assured of a TPR Japan trip at LEAST every other year and sometimes every year.

^Just walk around and try stuff! You really can't end up wrong (unless you're eating at Denny's or Coco's or some other terrible American place!).

Update today to the 'normal' game! It's got the Sunsphere!!!! and more... All of my guys are on tasks so not quite sure what we'll be doing, but I was able to build the two buildings without any quests or tasks.

Never got any donuts in the game yet! Usually average 40 tickets.

^^That's cause a ton of kids are already starting to go back to school and it's no longer summer break!

I rode Hades opening year 2005 and it was fantastic! I really enjoyed it...and I do NOT like rough rides at all. Then I rode it in 07, and it was rough and dropped quite a bit in my mind. When we went to the park in 2010 I was warned not to ride it as it was pretty far gone. Last week I rode it hoping for the best and was quickly killed. It was by far the roughest ride I've been on EVER, and I've been on a lot of terrible rides (SOB, White Canyon, Gouderix, SLC's, Outer Limits with OTSR's, etc.). I was honestly offended and horrified that the park would leave a ride like that operating. To think that six and seven year old children could be put on that ride not quite knowing that the 'Hades is running agressive today' sign is a nice way of saying 'stay away!' scared me. When you bring a group of 93 enthusiasts to the park for ERT and most give up after one ride, and nearly all after the second ride, something is wrong. Even people that 'love rough rides' thought the ride was too rough! I was having to beg people to go ride again so Robb could get footage. What bums me out is that the ride has a ton of potential. It's a fantastic layout and setting, you're just in so much pain you can't enjoy it.

Imagination Playground!! Did they show or talk about how they may use this in the resorts in the future? They had these at Universal Osaka and it was FANTASTIC! Kristen spent over an hour creating all kinds of cool things.

^It all depends on the rides. Some are very strict NO, and some they don't care.

Kristen actually asked the other day to go back on a Disney cruise...may have to start looking at prices again!
