Awww no love for Monarch!?!? Kristen sailed Monarch after all the big ships and after Disney!!! It's her favorite ship to date and she gets so upset when she remembers that it's gone! We've actually been thinking about booking the Majesty to see if it's as good as Monarch was.

I think MF would be fine for your daughter. Magnum is much rougher and I'm not sure I would put her on that one. Or at least explain to her that its rougher and can seem scarier than MF due to the long lift hill. I've always been a supporter of 'just because they're tall enough doesn't mean they should'. For example at 48" you can ride X2. I would never put a five year old (or six or seven!!!) on that ride.

^&^^ Love those special interactions with the characters. Sammi has the perfect body (you can go online and see the requirements for most characters) for a ton of face characters, ship her down and she can stay with us as long as she hooks KT up with some princess or fairy time!

Not everyone hates it at all. In fact most people like it quite a bit. It's just the crazy people that want to hear the 'natural roller coaster noise only' that get all bent out of shape. Or stupid YouTube people that just want to try and annoy Robb!

This sounds really promising. Resorts World has shown us they're certainly capable of building and running a world class theme park. I still can't believe they're going to transform Genting into one but they've got 2.5 years so anything is possible!!

At least we'll get scare zones back this year?

^Funny you mention that. There are articles out there about the vending machines on the Mt. Fuji Climb and how the machine at the top is one of the most expensive vending machines out there! Great report! I love Hirakata and hadn't been there since 2004. I thought the park looked great and KT was able to ride so much stuff!

^The video is TERRIFYING, I saw it this morning on the news. They will investigate and learn from the crash and apply that in the future. Same could be done with coasters!

Knott's and SFMM are doable because they have paid skip the line options. Disney is going to be HORRIFYING.

^Agreed. And they shouldn't have to be 'shy' about it, just polite and friendly. They're certainly not shy telling someone they're too short or tall to ride something, so why not the other direction as well. "I'm sorry, but due to your body proportions this particular ride is not safe for you, please enjoy YYY ride at this time instead or one of our other great attractions." If anyone fights that or claims discrimination, that's obnoxious and they have a death wish!

^It has been posted many times. The two rides are similar and therefore Six Flags Corporate closed iRat as a precaution. It closed right after the accident and has been closed ever since.

^^No matter how much 'life' Predator may have left in it, I don't see how anyone would choose Predator over a RMC makeover of the ride!!!!

This isn't a scandal at all. It's reported every year. There are small changes in seat belt length. You found a seat that had it's belt stretched out over the season. Consider yourself lucky and don't post crap about it!

One of my proudest enthusiast moments was getting this terrible teenager kicked out of SFWoA for writing with Sharpie all over Villain's queue. She was so dumb though and tried to deny it to security but we had photos and she had written her own name and still had the sharpie on her!

I had heard about this rumor! This park needs a multi-year closure and complete redo more than most parks on Earth. With such an amazing setting they could really do a lot, especially with the Fox license!
