Theme Park Mugs, Cups, Glasses, and Such.
gisco replied to Nrthwnd's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Bill, My cups are from all over. All the international ones are from TPR trips. Shanghai, Beijing, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Germany, England, Paris, Tokyo to name a few. There are a bunch from here in the States too. -

Kind of a bummer if they remove the coasters. But if they did have mechanical issues and low ridership when it was open maybe now is the time to dump it and put something more popular in. -
What I don't understand Chuck is how you could go to Southern California and Northern California and not stop in Fresno!

Exactly, When there is a crowd it is no big deal for me. Maybe annoying for some but not having it wouldn't get you on the ride any faster. It is those days when there is no line it is a bummer. -

At first I was thinking that is weird but I have a collection of Starbuck's mugs from all over. My problem is space and where to keep them all. -
Who Knew We Were Virginians..A Photo Trip report

It never occurred to me to check out plantations in Virginia. Interesting that they were able to keep it in the family all these years. -

People need to watch it all the way to the end! -
Be careful if you start crossfit. It is in its fad stage right now and it doesn't take much to become a Level 1 trainer. Something like a two day class. Gyms are popping up every where and the program itself is becoming a little watered down in some cases. There are extreme cases of muscle over use but that is rare but kind of unique to crossfit. Just look for a trainer that has experience and you will be ok. I would probably have done this 20 years ago but at my age with two bad shoulders and a bad wrist my body can't take the beating that it used too. I'm sticking with my personal trainer that tailors my workout to my needs.

Sam Adam's Juniper IPA. Not a fan of this one. Still have another bottle so I'll give it another shot.

Never have been a big fan of stand up coasters. I think part of it for me is that I just like to sit there and let the coaster do its thing and feel the forces. On a stand up you physically have to stand up and not be passive. Just not my thing. My favorite stand up though is Milky Way in Mitsui Greenland Japan! You got some airtime on that one!

Romon World to open in China

I thought that too. Probably not as close as it looks but should give you a nice sense of speed being so close to the wall. -

For my wife's birthday she got a gift certificate for a nights stay and dinner at this expensive French Place in the mountains from my parents. The problem was when she opened the card it said Happy anniversary. Our anniversary was two months earlier. We know it was intended for our anniversary because the card was hand made and had the date on it.

I didn't particularly enjoy my ride on this. Probably would have been better if my knees were not all ready banged up from other rides. -

No loss losing Captain EO! -
Well, there is the kiosk for the FP+ cast member side of things that needs to be set up, the RFID contact points, all the wiring and electronics that go into it, the programming on the software side of thing, and most of the attractions have a separate queue, so unless a ride is already set up for normal FP adding FP+ is actually a fair bit of work. I don't entirely think so. All the hard work has been done. Wouldn't take much for a mobile kiosk with wireless so it could be set up a different rides as needed. The logic for the software is done so adding a ride should be no big deal. The biggest problem is the queue not being set up for two entrances. That would take some work.

My daughter was bummed that we didn't do U-571. By the time we decided to do it the line was too long and we only had a half day at the park. -

At this point with the track assembly complete they can work during the day finishing off the little stuff. Hopefully we will see testing soon.
