I find it a little hard to get in the Christmas spirit when it is that warm out and people are in tank tops and shorts!

When I went to the movies last weekend I was asked at the ticket booth if I was a senior and then when I got popcorn I was asked if I had an AARP card!
If they are smart they will start out small to get a revenue stream coming in. Then they can add every year to the project. If they try and do everything at once they risk running out of capital and having the whole project go bust.
Kind of wonder if it is a little late in the season to have these come up for sale and see a lot of action. Plans and budgets have been set for next season. Might be a while before we see a lot of movement.
Looks interesting. I hope this is really a go and not something they are hoping to build at some point in the future. I can imagine at 325 feet tall, wrapping around the tower would build up a lot of speed. Look for a lot of trims!
The reason it is SBNO and not removed is probably money. Why spend the cash until you have something to put in its place or it becomes to much of an eye sore or safety issue.
