I dont donate money. I donate my time and services to Special Olympics of Colorado and National Sports Center for the Disabled. Each year I spend 3 days a week during the winter teaching disabled kids and adults how to ski. Which comes out to 24 hours a week of teaching. I help plan the Denver Area Winter Games though Special Olympics and we meet once every 2 weeks for 3 months for 2 to 3 hours a night. And then the 2 day events. I feel that My time spent is worth more then giving money.

Red Train Stalled due to lack of lube on car 3 left front and right rear wheels. Red train was running 4 cars. (can't say why). Based on what I was told / saw / witnessed it's a lube issue. It may be something else. It's too early to tell.

All I can say is LACK of lube. This is exacty what happened to the Red Train last month.

Cyclone is closed until Further Notice. (Stalled out on the first hill after the lift). I can't say anything else. Other then it took them over an hour to evac it.

Cyclone @ Lakeside Amusement Park. 30 rides on July 4th before opening to the public.

What about the Girl - Girl Couples? People always complain about guy guy why not girl girl? It's basicly the same damn thing right?

Well The Cyclone needs @ least 4. But on a bad day we have anywhere from 5 to 7 OP's up there. (Lakeside)

Come Visit us at Lakeside. Lakeside is 100% better then SFEG. This season we have had more peeps in the park then any other season due to SF price hike. But if you must do SFEG. I would do it on a Tuesday morning. Get there at opening and be done by 2pm. The Toaster (Flying Coaster may or may not be open when the park opens. (I heard it's having issues again.)

Lakeside Cyclone. Did the cycle in 1 min 37 secs. (normal is 1 min 40 to 45 secs)

No way in hell would I ride on that. Or even operate it.

Working With Special Needs Kids. Teaching Special Needs kids how to ski Being "too safe" (if you know me you will understand) Working with Teens that have Anger Issues. (I used to have Anger Issues)

I Disagree. Ride the Cyclone at Lakeside when they are training op's on the Main Brakes... Some of them forget about the first brake stick and they let it fly though the final turn and pray to god that the brakes on the turn can slow the train down enough. (manual brakes)

Some people do NOT know how to listen. I guess people are stupid enough that they want to "die".

Peeps get hurt. Park = sued.

It really does brother me that people have access to the track. It's a Safety Issue for EVERYONE. Sure most people have COMMON senses but they don't use it. A fence or something to keep people from getting access to the track is a must. Just my 2 cents for the day.

Lakeside is 1000000000000000% better then Six Flags Elitch Gardens. ps. I now work for Lakeside.

I started a history website for something today.

Was Twister faulting out every other dispatch? And was it running 1 or 2 trains?

Does anyone have any good Sounds of roller coasters? IE Brake Run sounds, lift motor / chain sounds. I want to update my new mail sound. Right now it's a diesel starting up and idling that's getting old. Plus I love to just sit and watch the coasters and listen to the sounds of the ride itself. I really love the Volare Brakes.

I'm suprised that the park was empty today. I was there last year on mothers day and it was packed. Let me know when you go again and maybe i'll go with. Speaking of which i will be going midweek and then Saturday or Sunday.

How about a Volare. Aka The Flying Toaster.

I hope you are aware that the park will be packed beyond packed. It's a free ticket day. Just an fyi. If you were going next weekend I would go. Just a tip. If you want to ride the volare sit in seat 2 or 3. Never 1 or 4. and ride it in the morning. (it seems to be smoother) Also try and get a pic of the drag brake on t2.

Guys. What about the 2+ hour wait on DC once it's mid summer? Oh yea that ride is down for awhile. t2 and the Toaster are usally very good in the morning right after opening. Toaster normally starts having issues once it starts heating up. Far as food goes. There is only 1 or 2 places in the park i'll eat it. Since Papa johns is 6.49 a slice and won't take the upgraded season pass i won't eat that crap. There is a Mex place in the food court that is pretty damn good. The icecream shop @ the end of mainsteet is good also. (toaster = flying coaster) For the ones that said EG is boring. I have never gotten bored. it's fun to just sit and watch the people / look / picutre / figure out how a ride works. Oh yea make sure you don't touch the handrails as you are going up the T2 lift hill. You will be kicked from the park for the season. Hope this helps.
