  1. *Makes mental note: Go to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and visit aquarium*
  2. ^^That was quick! Yes, just post a DL of the park. Keep in mind, you do have four months to build your park, so please try to add as much as you can to the park, making it the best you can. Double check to make sure that your park covers all the rules! the ghost: Sure thing, I'll pm you later today. Remember to post stats, close-ups, overviews etc. CHECK-OUT PG1 FOR A COMPLETE LIST OF THE JUDGES.
  3. Looks GREAT guys. Anyone can join at any time, just make sure you post your finished park on or before the DUE DATE. And thethrillseeker: That counts for all your rides. No single ride can have a time of greater than 5 and a half minutes. Thanks for offering BelgianGuy, I'll add you ASAP, same with you Xizor_Racer. That's fine Ghost. Glad to see so many contestants!
  4. *moan, moan, moan*actually doesn't mind going to school*moan, moan, moan* I started high school, year 8 now, and our teachers are really good, BUT, I hate some of their excuses for giving us a lot of assignments. It alledgedly helps us to "manage our time", fat chance.
  5. No, my parents encourage me to, but I'm always "BUSY" Do you know someone who was born on the 29th of February?
  6. ^It doesn't say anything about that, however, it does say that at least ONE coaster must be at least 4000ft in length. Other than that, your coasters can be as long as you want. Just reminding everyone that the contest starts in TWO days.
  7. It's nearing the start of the contest... Anyone can join whenever they want, as long as they post the park on time.
  8. I'm back!!! More from Stoksland Thrill City. Pictures have been let slip by Stoks Co. Enterprises, though not much, the picture is enough to cause a lot of rumours about the future of the park... Hope this is a little better J K. Even more pictures of Carthage are leaking out... You'll know what this is if you read up on Egyptian creatures. Remember to post your opinion, Stoks Co. is counting on YOU! -Stoksy
  9. I just looked at your park in RCT2, and I tried to decrease that killer intensity rating, however, the first drop is just too big for the layout that you have. It's fine if the coaster was shorter, but as is, it needs to have more bunny hops early on, and a long, twisted layout near the end. Overall, 6/10. Great ride, but that intensity is really hurting your rating.
  10. From what I can see, it looks more like a CCI than a GCI. Excellent buildings, you have really improved with them. Easily the BEST park/coaster you have ever made.
  11. I'm assuming you are not new to RCT2, as the support work is top notch.
  12. He can post screens, but he probably can't because of computer problems or something like that. I'll make sure I check out your ride ASAP.
  13. I think so, I could be wrong though. Is your favourite theme park owned by Paramount's or Six Flags?
  14. I live in Australia and just found out we have the best muffins. Hey, you learn something new everyday 1. Go to a Manchester United match 2. Win the lotto/make a lot of money 3. Travel to Holland in an Airbus A380 4. Learn to speak fluent dutch 5. Go to a World Cup
  15. Looks fantastic J K. I wonder what that coaster's doing...
  16. More from Stoksland Thrill City. Stoks Co. has announced that the next ride to be installed in the park will be bigger, better, and more thrilling than all the other coasters put together, this is big. At a press conference this morning... A small enterprise has been installed, and given the name 'Discombobulator', meaning confusing. Front view Back view Finally I leave you all with a pic of Carthage's station Remember to comment and criticise the park, rides, buildings etc. -Stoksy
  17. Yes, the city is Carthage. I will make sure I send some pics via pm. Since you both posted on the same day, I will give you both a "special" update. But, as ericmichaellucas got it correct first, he will receive a more "detailed" update. As for your question, I plan on building the coaster with an Islamic theme, in other words, lots of dirt/sand set-up in small dunes surrounding the entire ride. I might, if I have time/don't get bored working on the same coaster all the time, I will try to add a couple of small buildings, and try to make the surrounding area, outside the coaster, a small bizarre with palm trees and little market places.
  18. Fingers crossed the park will keep going, this was (and hopefully still will be) an awesome RCT3 park. I could easily see this being built in real life.
  19. ^Interested in cows vKnows someone who is bald
  20. Yes, it is a launch tunnel. Since no-one is really trying to guess, I will give you all another letter to the word... Cart_a_e! BTW, whoever guesses the correct answer will get a sneak preview of what the next attraction of Stoksland's Thrill City will be, as well as the name of the ride, stats etc.
  21. If your into adventure stories, I would strongly recommend the Ranger's Apprentice series, written by John Flanagan. Excellent read, a great mixture of adventure and a bit of magic.
  22. ^Similar to me in one thing, total nerd vPossibly likes chocolate coated candy.
