I don't blame him with as much bandwidth as he pays for. At some points, things get a little repetitive. For instance, I never really think of submitting photos, the only time I have is for the wild moust @ Martin's (it was new) - plus some of the best Goliath pics I have - Joe, who has about 10 photos on the rcdb

Who Have You Met From TPR?
ParkTrips replied to PhishyBrewer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
So yea Ive met a few folks. The pic attached is me, Larry (larrygator) and Jay (Hercules) this past May. I don't know what the hell me and Herc were doing, at least Larry realized our photo was being taken Did Dorney with Jay and met him at the Ka passholder preview too.. I've actually met up with Larry twice. Once was two months ago when we tamed Sheikra together and the other time was an unplanned freak incident in front of Ride of Steel.. -

Twister II's California Trip Review!
ParkTrips replied to Twister II's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
I'm sorry but half of those are borderline outlandish. Nice report, it just reiterates the premise that I really need to get back out there (but not to come back and post a TR filled with "hot guys") Oh, and the only wood I wouls stalk is Knoebels wood - Joe, a proud Schwarzkopf fan who is insulted by someone comparing a shuttle loop to an Impulse coaster :-/ -
Ed - The link at the top right under the "Theme Park Review" that says search. From there if you're looking for something specific like "Google Earth" click the "search for all words" box - I attached a pic of it. I can sound harsh sometimes but I really don't mean anything by it - Joe As you can see you can further customize your search in various ways...

I was just joking with you. - Joe, who doesn't know how to be more explicit about it

I learned how to search yesterday and all I can say is wow! It's a great tool for finding out if something has already been discussed (still looking for Google Earth topics, they've been on here before, right?) I just wish more people would use it, I know some do but a lot still don't. I highly recommend giving it a try! (that was satirical, if you couldn't tell, and I'm only tooshin the tish with ya ) And to be nice, here ya go: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18129&highlight=google+earth http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17698&highlight=google+earth http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17827&highlight=google+earth - Joe edit: here's Great Adventure for you: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=40.1370059,-74.440956&spn=0.003192,0.002951&t=k&hl=en

I emailed Duane about that when I saw the pic that Eric posted as to why the ones like Atlantica are listed but Dudley's is not.. but damned if I didn't delete that email, so I don't remember why it doesn't meat the rcdb guidelines :-/ But of course a great report! edit: former Rusty fan here.. he will be missed -
Me too. My ballot listed them as #3 for Superman and #2 for Nitro. I don't think Tennessee Tornado is that great either - I've always said "just because it may be the smoothest Arrow, does that make it the best?". I, too, think its too short, and on this past trip it wasn't even as smooth as I had remembered (Nessie seemed smoother, so there goes the whole 'smoothest Arrow' attribute in my mind) And while wer'e on the Steel Category - I don't "get" Millennium Force, Magnum, and the giant penis coasters aka Kingda Ka and Top Thrill Dragster. I also don't get High Speed Thrill Coaster.

I actually thought of this thread BEFORE he threw his hissy fit today*... Anyways let's try to think of some nice punishments for this evil man. Of course, like pretty much everything I do, this is in a joking manner and big points go for the funniest answers, so... begin * Which, BTW you should check out

Awesome thread Larry (couldn't you have saved it? ) Suprised you didn't say GASM .. oh wait.. its ranked somewhere in the 70s. I can't really think of one, like I said in the other thread my top coasters came out almost in the same exact order in the final results.. other than I can say that I think Silver Comet deserves better than 41.

PG-13 Eric!!! I loved it.. very funny! - Joe, a sucker for flash animations

The "Post Your Favorite Family Guy Quotes" Game!
ParkTrips replied to robbalvey's topic in Random, Random, Random
LOL @ Gnome!! We've had our laughs tonight but I'll tell you what's not cool--killing strippers. Strippers are people too - naked people who may be willing to pleasure you for a price you negotiate later behind the curtain of a VIP room. Besides, there's no reason to kill them, 'cause most of them are already dead inside...Good night, folks! -
Balder, Thunderhead 1-2 in Mitch's Poll
ParkTrips replied to cgodsey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Maybe from those people who haven't been since it opened as a world-class coaster? It was very "moody" while we we up there this summer. In the AM it was really smooth but an 8/10 or so (moderate air). Later in the evening and during the nighttime ERT, it became superb IMHO. But, with that, it seemed to be rougher too (my girlfriend the wimp that she is even needed to take a break). I've even read it based on one train versus the other, as crazy as that sounds.. but yeah, Boulder Dash is very difficult to predict it seems. I think a lot of people discovered Avalanche this year. My top 4 finished just as I had them: Thunderhead, Boulder Dash, Phoenix and Rampage (I don't remember #5 or else I would have used that round figure ) -
