Robb the cover of the Issue #2 looks amazing!! I can't wait til it arrives, I'm looking forward to it. I actually had problems with my issue #1 that I received, and therefore wasn't able to view and enjoy it . I don't know why but the dvd didn't want to work, but oh well its okay. I got so busy that I never really mentioned it before, sorry about that. Next time if it happens, I'll let you know sooner. I appreciate all the hard work you put into making Club TPR a great experience.

The Official TPR 2010 Europe Trip Thread
coastercrzyjames replied to atem122's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Wow, glad to see everyone is having such an amazing time. I wish I would've been able to participate in the European Tours this year, I'm a little bit jealous, however following this thread has gotten me pumped for next month's trip! And I'd like to also add that Black Mamba looks like a great ride, I love it, the pictures of it are just amazing, I can't even imagine how good it looks seeing it in person. Hope you all have fun at Efteling. -
Efteling Discussion Thread
coastercrzyjames replied to Pepper's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Thanks for posting the pics Hanno. This ride looks like to be promising, and I've never noticed how nice Efteling was. The theming there looks amazing, definitely a park that I'd like to visit sometime. Makes me kind of regret not doing a European trip. -
Wow!! Thanks for posting such an amazing photo TR of Parc Asterix. Looks like a great place to spend a day, you actually made me want to travel to France and visit this park. I love Goudurix's new yellow and red paint job, how long ago did that happen? And Tonnerre de Zues and the Bobsled coaster both look amazing, I personally think the world needs more bobsled roller coasters.

Photo TR: The complete set of B&M
coastercrzyjames replied to Noxegon's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Wow, thats a great photo TR, thanks for sharing these with us. I saw your credit count and it is extremely high. Are there any other ride companies, that you've completed their collection as well? And I'd also like to know what your favorite B&M coaster was. -
These small improvements look great! I thought Alabama Adventure was a neat little park, I enjoyed my visit there last summer. It definitely appears that they have the room to expand and build more if they wanted to do so, I remember everything being spread out. And fixing the pothole on Rampage is an excellent idea, that part of the ride was pretty rough when you came across it. Hopefully you can ride it and let us know if it helped. I'd visit this park again sometime in the future, especially if they added a new credit and did a fair amount of improvements.

I purchased CE 13 back in February or March and I loved it!! I'm a huge fan of the CE series and I have the whole set, they're very entertaining to watch. I actually take them when I hangout with friends, and if we get bored I put one on and show them all the fun and excitement that TPR trips and gatherings are all about. It's funny because less than half way into the DVD they're all into it and wanting to know how they can join all the fun. The CE series really does a good job at showing how much fun TPR members have on the trips, and I personally think they do an excellent job at promoting TPR. The Roller Coasters in the Raw series is great if all you want to do is watch POVs and off ride footage, but there's something special about the CE videos. The way they capture everyone's good time at the parks mixed with great music, they really are a blast to watch. Personally I got hooked on the DVDs and videos before I even went on my first TPR trip, and the videos encouraged me to try one out and it turned out to be something I never will regret. I definitely reccommend purchasing this series if you haven't done so already.

Popular Mechanics Article
coastercrzyjames replied to SharkTums's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'm actually kind of glad I found this article being discussed on here. I was visiting a friend that lives out of town this past weekend and we were all eating breakfast at Denny's on Saturday morning when we saw one of those "news tickers" at the bottom of the screen on the CNN news station that was related to this. They know that I'm into roller coasters and they brought my attention to it causing a nice little debate. So when I came home I was naturally curious. But yes, this seems to be more about the situation and not high speed coasters causing hearing damage in general like the headline said. I'll have to inform them of what I found out, as it really made us all curious as to how. -
Are you in Phoenix? I am flying on a Southwest flight from Phoenix to Burbank Friday morning that lands at like 9am and it was pretty cheap! We could split the cost of transportation or whatever! It would be a $75 flight! Yes I would be flying in from Phoenix however I was looking at LAX as my airport option but Burbank is just as affordable and easier to get in and out of. But yeah that would be great, let me know what you're considering.

Cedar Point (CP) Discussion Thread

The ride is looking great!! Those two hills actually seem pretty big in the pictures. It'll definitely be a ride I wanna try when I go later this summer. -
I'm so excited to see MF trains on the transfer tracks of Gwazi!! In my opinion Gwazi isn't a terrible ride, I've ridden it a few times on 2 separate occasions: 2003 and 2007, but its nice to see it getting some love it deserves. My 2007 ride was somewhat rougher than I had remembered, but it wasn't terrible, then again I was riding in the front. I've been waiting to see this ride get new trains for a while, and glad to see that they're actually taking the initiative to do it. Even if it's just a test run and not official yet like some have said, it's still one step closer to actually installing them. It'll be great to see how this turns out, can't wait!
