I am honestly very excited about this. I rode The Texas Giant in its glory days, I can assure you... it was amazing!! If they can restore its amazingness with steel track, then so be it!! The added height and elements will just be a plus to the orignal!!

I just received my new Dell laptop with Windows 7. So far I like it. I really,really like the ability to do spilt screen. It is a big help to me when I am writing research papers for school!!

Extremely mad!! Someone, somehow got my all my info and pin from my check card, mind you I still have it in my hand.. Cancelled now. I am in Dallas, but they took almost 500 bucks from my checking account at some bank near San Francisco.I am usually very cautious( apparently..not enough) of when and where I use my card. If I buy from an online site I only do it with reputable stores.I can see them maybe using it at a store or online, but this means they had to make a card, put in a pin and take out money. I am very thankful that I have alerts set up on my account to let me know right away when something comes out of my account. At least I didn't go a few days not knowing which would give them more time to do damage.

As fascinating as it is for me to watch the Mondial Space Roller/TopScan I have never felt safe on this ride. It is extremely uncomfortable to me. The last time I rode was the year before last at the State Fair of Texas. I wasn't positioned in the seat right, one leg was stretching out farther than the other so I was sitting cockeyed. I am so vertically challenged its hard for me just to get in the thing. That ride I really held on for dear life. I felt as if I was falling out!! I always give rides few chances before I say...I just don't feel safe or I don't like it. I gave this one three. Everytime I felt unsafe.

Great news! Can't wait! I always enjoy the Q&A's. The MM guys are alot of fun. Its fun too when ya get folks in that are spazzing out about the bathrooms, souvenier cups and candy machines!! ahahaha, that makes it more memorable!!

I have an addiction to Dunkin Donuts coffee!! Thats all I pretty much drink unless im in a place where I don't have access to it! I can truly say..I run on Dunkin!! I also love the tast of the Kona coffee!! Yum!!

For anyone thats looking for hotel advice for the "Bash" I used Pricelines "name your own price" again this year. I got the Valencia Hyatt for $55 a night for two people. It came to $69 a night with the tax. Looks to be about 2 miles from MM. Last year I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for about the same price. Nice upgrade in hotels for this year!

The Where To" app is quite handy to me. It locates all types of services around your immediate location. I put it to the test the other day sitting at IHOP. My gf was looking for a new puppy, we wanted to go to the pound first. I pulled up the app, and once it located me I picked the service I wanted and bam..it brought up the closest pound and gave me the number, a map, directions and the website. I am on vacation. I will be off work from the 28th until Jan 7th. I left for NY on the 27th and will be heading home on the 5th. I am spending time with family, I know I won't want to go home when the time comes!

Right now just WCB! I look forward to this every year. Now this year with Knotts, which a I haven't been to, plus being able to meet up with a new friend that I met at the "Bash" last year will make it a great trip!

At least your not stuck with Tom Hicks. He is the worst freakin' owner. I take all kinds of crap for being a Ranger fan. We had a great ballclub in 2009. But with Tom Hicks as the owner we couldn't pump anything into helping us make the postseason. I am hoping the sale of the team goes to Chuck Greenberg. I know Hicks will still have small part, but at least we can pump some more money into this team, and along with the awesome farm system we have, I think the future will only get brighter.

Great trip report!! I love HIP, it is my favorite time of the year to go to the park. We will be heading to my homeparks..HIP. SFoT, next weekend. On the 12th I'm taking my mom for her bday and the 19th me and my sweety will be going!! Very excited. Can't wait!! Theres nothing like the lights, the smell of firepits, holiday food.. and some hot cocoa in my little light up cup!!
