Whats you favorite theme park.
FlyingScooter replied to ddaver177's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Memphis Kiddie Park is my first choice. The Selection of single moms is far superior to any other park I've been to. actually, DollyWood wins in all categories. Love that park. -
Who will break 500 feet?
FlyingScooter replied to coasterlover420's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It'll probibly be CP. They'll alter TTD to have the first 350' in the air corkscrew or loop. Why? i have no idea. -

Vekoma Haters
FlyingScooter replied to pgathriller's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
After their first year, they're toast.Their Wheel assemblies go bad quickly making for an extremely 'jolting/jarring' experience. The 'headbang' effect happens most notably during corcksrews and track sections not banked enough in turns. In "Random" there's probibly 8 threads like this. Happy Reading. VeComa! I voted No. Here's why: Why spend so much money blowing crap up and spend even more money rebuilding it afterward. We have police and fire departments across the country laying-off people at an alarming rate yet we can spend billions elsewhere. Doesn't make sense to me. What's the purpose for Homeland security when this country is eating itself alive by its own out-of-control whackos, that due to budget cuts, never get dealt with?

Carnivals And Carnies
FlyingScooter replied to pgathriller's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
okay, here's a story. My buddy picked up this Carnie chick that was running a Beanbag toss booth. They went out after the carnival closed and hit a bar. When he got her back to his place, he all too soon found out that she was a he. Freaked him out so bad he called me on his cell from the his bathroom. 'what do i do???????" after i stopped laughing, I said: Guess ya don't need to ask her if she's on birth control... -

rule # (uh, whatever number we're at now...) Never eat beans to night before you go to a park as your gas could cause an allergic reaction to some, nausea to others. (sorry, couldn't pass that one up after Geauga lake two years ago.) while in line for Batman Knightflight: somebody ripped one and pretty much caused a barf-fest. the rides ops were like" we don't have enough buckets for this..." I guess it shouldn't have surprised me that most of the people that had barf on them headed straight for Grizley bear run.

i like the graphics just fine. Granted, i had to get a better card and more RAM, but i would've needed that eventually anyway. To me, the cartoony graphics are great. Too much realism is nice, but, and again this is my opinion, it doesn't make for much replay value. my example is this: PS2 games called : The Getaway and GTA3-4 etc. The Getaway had realistic graphics that were very good. GTA3 etc have cartoony graphics. I've played both games and GTA's are more fun to replay, and the only diff i can find are the graphics. Shooting people seems more fun in that game. Has anyone else noticed that?
