^^ same here in NE Ohio. I've got 7 walmarts w/in 10 miles of me and 5 Home Depots in 8 miles. There is 1 Target, Super Kmart, and at least 5 Malls within 12 miles of me. No lack of shopping here.

The first year my daughter and i went to SFWOA/GL for the frightfest it was about 45 degree with rain and hail. We rode Serial Thriller about 13 times (it was a more gentler SLC then). At times, it sort-of stung, but it wasn't much differant than skiing. Largest hail i've seen was golfball sized. the damage to cars and aluminum siding was incredible. luckily no one was seriously hurt.

Too bad her aim wasn't better. We could've had : Bobbitt II Highlander STyle.

I don't upgrade. If i did, the whole East Coast would drop power. LOL 'puters aren't my field. I'll wire houses, but i won't connect a modem. Thanks for those sites! it's a big help as i no longer trust BestBuy.

I've been a coaster nut for longer than i can remember. The coasters at Euclid beach started me off. I think the reason I'm an enthusiast is simply this: no coasters are the same. (exception being Vekoma SLC's: Serial thriller / Mind eraser (not at GL) RCT did help to push things along for me. Once i get RCT3 running again, I'm going to try to do a Euclid beach park, Chippewa lake and Idora parks.

Lego blocks and Lincoln Logs. Matchbox, Hot Wheels and Johnny Lightenings! Tyco Trains were big with me. All-time favorite though: Slot Car tracks. I had an old Eldon set w/the larger cars. I played that thing til the motors burned up. Tyco tracks were good. This thread brings back warm memories. Thanks for starting it!

The school felt that vigilantism was not in their best interests. Looking back, they had to do something to us. And trust me, it didn't bother us at all. Our teachers were very cool w/it and saw to it we did not fall behind due to the suspension.

Hi, I am looking for a better computer that will actually run RCT3 and soaked. mine currently runs RCT3 but will not run soaked. The 'puters messed up anyway. I'd like 1gig ram/ and good vid card (will be doing games mostly) any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks!

Though i have never been raped, back in 1981 when i was in high school, two of my friends and I stopped a rape at school. It was in the gym on the above-ground running track. We beat the snot out of the guy. The girl pressed charges. End result: We got suspended for fighting in school. That was my only suspension. My folks were quite proud, (no sarcasm). oddly enough, decades later, I can still hear her screams sometimes. I saw her a few years ago. she said she's still dealing w/it. After seeing that, I could never dull the emotions when i hear about it. That's just me. As a post note: There were approximately 40 people in the gym, 2 of which were teachers, and the only thing the teachers did was call the cops and haul me and my friends to the office. The principal said: And why did you bring these guys? the teachers: Well, they were fighting... Principal: ... and what of the alleged rapist? Teachers: uh, he was bigger than these guys so we didn't mess w/him. such was life in 1981.

Diet Coke/Coke for me. I'm not a big pop drinker though.
