Under certain circumstances, psych's, counselors have been known to not only suggest such things, they will put it in writing like a perscription just in case the family gets busted.

LMAO! That booger looks like it has a chunk of a filling in it. A few years ago, I saw a local anchorwoman picking her nose as she was driving down the freeway. What a sight! Her beautifully manicured fingernail diving in just past the first knuckle. I think she rubbed it off on the passenger seat.

I don't think the higher prices effect carnivals much. Their trucks and generators run on diesel, and at least in the US, that has been running higher than regular unleaded for years and wasn't seriously effected this last hike. Another thing to keep in mind: If they pay extra, that's just more for them to write-off as an operating expense.
