Apparently the NK's haven't read Wernher Von Brauns books. Give them a few weeks to work the bugs out and i'm sure their missles will be flying high and long. I thought they got a few of the old Soviet nuclear missile guard when the USSR went bankrupt. -Flying ( i wonder if this is why gas prices jumped another 20 cents a gal this week) Scooter.

Six Flags customer serviceFlyingScooter replied to swami2302's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! Six Flags and Customer service: Two roads that will never intersect. When GL was SFWOA half the fountains did not work and the ones that did were gross. We'd walk up to a food booth and ask for water. They'd either say: you'll have to use a fountain or, (my personal favorite) You'll have to wait at the end of the line. Now I was standing in line before i asked for water, but they would say: well, then you'll just have to wait til there's no one in line. Usually, yelling for a MGR helped.

DelGrosso's to add "new" coaster in '07FlyingScooter replied to gregleg's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! This is great news. We're planning a PA coaster trip for next summer and this will add to it nicely. We're shooting for Idlewild, CLP, Kennywood, Waldameer, Lakemont, Delgrosso, Hershey and Dutch Wonderland.

Geauga Lake or Ceder Point? (or both?)FlyingScooter replied to Kid_A_37's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! And La Quinta serves fresh waffles in its breakfasts! There is no lack of places to stay or shop around geauga lake. But you can't beat free Waffles! Go with both parks. How often can you say you went on 26 differant coasters in one weekend?

Cedar Point 06' TripFlyingScooter replied to Cheesey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! Geauga Lake is a fast park. It's an easy ten credits. We went by there last sunday. Barely 1/4 of the parking lot was full. Superman and Xflight were walk-ons. Have a safe trip.

Some news on Six Flags New OrleansFlyingScooter replied to calcajun's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! Why does this not surprise me. It would be senseless to keep it open, but what could be more 6-flags than that? I would like to see the insurance figures on their losses for the park.

I don't see that iraq is any better for us being there. When the Troops leave, the country will go back to being as they were before.

Well said, Katie! Three years ago, when my daughter played softball, one of the kids on the team died on homeplate. Just keeled over and died. Massive heart attack. She had gotten a full physical just three weeks before that game which said: Healthy. she was 12 yrs old. Did they sue the DR.? You bet they did. Was it malpractice? who knows?
