  1. It seemed more to me a family coaster than a mini-hyper, but a good one at that.
  2. I actually really liked the series of elements (especially closer to the beginning), but it just seemed poorly executed. After the MCBR, it became something of a disappointment. Instead of having one element after another, try using some more simple curves and hills. It'll make it much more realistic, which is obviously something people are looking for. There were some sloppily-done segments, like the brake run and launch segment (wouldn't work with a hydraulic launch, to my understanding), but overall certainly not the worst I've seen. Keep up.
  3. I'll give you it, that's impressive.
  4. If your going to release anything, you ought to be ready to be criticized. That's just how it works. I'll comment you as soon as my NL gets working.
  5. He's got it down. From my experience, Comet gets a huge line early in the day, due to it's position at the front of the park. Lightning Racer (and Wildcat to a degree) rarely gets a very long line, especially early in the day, and Storm Runner's line is variable, but generally gets less as the day goes on. Sidewinder has a surprisingly long line at all points of the day, so if you don't care to get your shoulders broken, I'd skip it. SDL doesn't get a line ever, really, and Great Bear doesn't have a specific time. I'd go with the order coasterfreak suggested. Hope this helps. Have fun!
  6. That looks absolutely brilliant. That coaster seems worth a trip all by itself (if only...). I know you can't judge a coaster based on it's looks, but I think it's safe to assume that there'll be some sore thighs after this one. And not only that, but I'd have to say that this is one of the most aesthetically amazing rides I've ever seen. I hereby vote for the retracking of every wooden coaster in the world by Intamin.
  7. ^For your own sake, please never do that again.
  8. It was very jerky, unrealistic for an X-Car, and the verts on the first drop were literally killer. With a little work, you could probably build some fine coasters. As you're building, make sure your riding over it, so you can work out any bumps in the track.

  10. Well, it looks like either that or a bobsled. Nice guess.
  11. Of course it was the Mexican dude.
  12. For me, this is Intamin, no questions asked. I've never been particularly impressed with B&M, although admittingly haven't been on what most people consider the best B&Ms. Intamin, on the other hand, has never failed to provide a great ride for me.
  13. Hmmmmm...... it seems to be some sort of ...... ride...
  14. Depends if you count relocated coasters. If so, Phoenix (1948 as Rocket at Playland). If not, Blue Streak at CP.
  15. Three, all removed: Hercules (Dorney Park) Robin: The Chiller (SFGAdv) Viper (SFGAdv)
  16. This makes me wonder: do coasters really give "better" (faster) rides as the day goes on? Or does our perception just change? Has anybody really ever measured the speed of a ride at both morning and night?
  17. I think you oughta allow people to upload coaster files (probably with space requirements), and then the community would choose their favorite, and you could put that coaster in the game. Great idea, by the way!
  18. I know somebody already said this, but http://maps.live.com/ is a LOT better than GE. You can actually get some decent shots with Virtual Earth's birdseye view.
  19. Alright, I suppose it isn't completely historically inaccurate to have a steel coaster in 1906. This looks like it could very well be a nice park. Any chance of a download (once it's completed, that is)?
  20. Why the balls is there a steel coaster in 1906?
  21. ^Just a shade over 124 mph. Sounds cool. When I first heard about the X-car coasters, they seemed like some of the coolest coasters ever. I haven't heard such great reviews, though.
  22. This looks really amazing, I hope when you put it up for download you also put a track only version. My computer can't handle much more.
  23. Queen, OK Go, and The Presidents of the United States of America.
  24. He posted a list on the first post..... http://coasterguy.squarespace.com/the-coaster-list/
