Since I've lived in Germany for the last 10 years, I can honestly say, they aren't much smaller. There are some real fata$$es here in this country. And the reason they are tight fit to you is because they are made to have a tight fit, that way, you will actually stay on the ride comfortably. --James

RCT2 Buildings help!
Team Thriller replied to Xizor_Racer's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I kinda think I understand your question, not sure though. But I will answer it: You push the shift button and lift the roof piece into place. I hope that helped. --James -

*Eats nerd cookie* Robert is a great director! Have no clue who the other dude is. Everytime I see these pictures, I can picture Alan Silvestri's soundtrack playing. --James -

Senseo is my favorite. And for the company, it will have to be Starbucks all the way! --James -
Nut Tree Park Closes
Team Thriller replied to kidcoaster 2's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
That sucks really really bad. I grew up with the Nut Tree park. I haven't be able to see it in its new form, but it looks like it would have been great. --James -
Favorite first drop on a Steel Coaster
Team Thriller replied to SpectralN's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Without a doubt. Expedition Ge Force in the back left seat! You will not be able to keep your hands up the first time you ride. You cannot imagine how insanely steep and fast it feels. And the airtime is unbelievable. The best way to describe it is being "pulled" down with the train at breathneck speed. 1.) Ge Force 2.) X 3.) Griffon 4.) Silver Star (In the way front, leaning forward) 5.) Medusa (SFDK) -

I have a few 'home parks' since I change my location sometimes. Plus, all the parks are pretty close together. Europa Park - Silver Star or Euro Mir Phantasia Land - Black Mamba or Winjas Holiday Park - Super Wirble... I mean Expedition Ge Force. (My number one steel) Walibi Belgium - Turbine or Werewolf Bobbejaanland - Typhoon Overall: Ge Force without a doubt. --James

Walibi Belgium Discussion Thread
Team Thriller replied to Dark Vampire's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Even the concept has many many flaws. It was very slow, had no forces what so ever, horrible capacity, looked very very ugly, during the helixs it was brutal. The only good part was the lift, the 5 second end when it goes very low to the ground, and the 5 seconds fly over the water. Trust me, Sorin' Over California is WAY WAY better. The company really needs to get their act together and find out just what they are doing. --James -

Yes! Best news of the off season. Even though it looked amazing as part of the skyline, inside the park, it looked ugly. --James -
Photo TR: Phantasialand 1/3
Team Thriller replied to Rider117's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I love Phantasialand Winjas is absolutly fun, and Black Mamba, IMO, is better then Batman. Great pictures also. --James -
Actually, all stores are very similar. They try and make you walk by idems to make you buy them. Always wonder why the diary products are usually in the back. Cause when people need them, they walk by other items and are 'wheeled' in to buy it. Anyways, very interesting TR. Makes me hungry reading it. --James

Worst Coaster Experience
Team Thriller replied to airforcekid's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Mine would have to be Psyclone at Six Flags Magic Mountain. That piece of sh!t feels like riding a shopping cart without wheels down a road at high speeds. Also Limit at Heide Park. I rode it once in the back, and then just because I couldn't believe how bad it was, I rode it again in the front. During my ride it starting pouring down rain. It hurt so bad that it defiantly put me to the limit. --James -

This coaster is my new love! It looks incredible! It looks like it will probably beat Euromir and Silver Star. I'll probably be there opening day for my birthday party. So I'm so hyped up. Cannot wait. Kudos Roland. --James -
Mine are: 1.) Get a pet monkey called Jo Jo 2.) Stop throwing water balloons at the dogs across the street 3.) Be more tolerant towards Walibi Belgium even though they are one of the worse parks (opps. Oh well. I'll try again next year) 4.) Eat the worlds largest hotdog 5.) Spend more time on TPR --James
