Then take a IC train to Freiburg, then either A.) a bus or B.) another connection which takes you to the station a few town over from Rust, then the bus to the park. I think it is the best method. Update: I'll be at Walibi Tomorrow and Bobbejaanland Wed. I hope to get good photo's and have a great time. Even though that can be hard at Walibi.

It would take about 5 hours to drive to Europa Park with the car. However, if you take the fast train, it might be more expensive, but you could cut down the trip to 3 hours and you wouldn't have to drive on German roads. If I had money to spear, I would take the train. But if I'm saving money, willing to wake up much earlier and leave much earlier. I would drive. You are planning to drive down and back up in one day, right? --James

UPDATE! German culture, wacky rides, beer tents, cheeseburgers, AND LOTS MORE OTHER CRAP! Okay, here in Germany, each little town once a year has a fair. Even though most of them aren't that much, they are still a fun thing to do for a few hours. Since many of you have only seen the big a$$ fairs in the larger cities. I was like, "I'm going to take some pictures of my local fair." Reminder Drinking age in German is 16. Yes, there might be pictures of 16 year olds drinking beer. Remember that here in Germany, that is 'encouraged'. If you are easily offended by 16 year olds drinking beer, turn back now! Anyways. Onto the pictures. Here is an overview. This isn't a good sign... This thing at night is crazy. Flashing lights, music, mist, and lots of drunk people. Oh wait... This is. Disturbing as it gets OMFG A real Beer TENT! That's right. It is that extreme! Now time for a series of faces which scream "EXTREME ejector AIRTIME!" More hairtime HAIRTIME! Seriously! This thing is awesome. Screw Ge Force. Screw Collosos. Screw Apollo's Chairot. This thing had so powerful airtime that it actually make me scream in PAIN! Okay. Highlight of the day. They had this thing running WAY faster than normal. Which delievered the most intense airtime I've ever had. They even had swings that ran backwards. Get me off this thing! I'm sitting on my neighbors leg! Holy SH!T! This is one of my new favorite flat rides. This think is INSANE. Basically, because you can do anything during the ride. Yes, I have huge boo boo's all over! Powered, self-powered, even beer powered! Rides rides everywhere! Weehee. Lets all run around like stupid morons! Bumber cars cannot usually be found on a fat farm or a mall. Must be my local fun fair. What's over there? A new mall? A fat farm?

IMO, Rock 'n' Rollercoaster is one of the funnest coasters around. But I agree with X2's ending. The last slam is the worst. --James

I find this topic so pointless. Seriously, rides break down. Sometimes they are for under an hour, sometimes they are over a hour. Sometimes rides are broken down for days or even sometimes weeks. Seriously, I'm sure Busch Gardens is sorry that BBW was down for a little over a freakin' hour. They probably didn't mean to do it on purpose. Give them a break. Feel bad for all those people who have Six Flags Great Adventure as their home park... --James

^ Saddly to say, that happens at about every park in the world. Regardless of what park it is. You should have informed the ride op once you where in the station and you saw they didn't really have a group to meet up with. --James

I think anyone would be 'so called harsh' if they had to repeat themselves more than three times... Especially when it comes to very simple rules to follow. --James

This coaster looks awesome. It kind of reminds me of Riddlers Revenge. And the first drop looks similar to Nemesis. I like it. --James

Here are all the ones that really made me smile... Best: Blue Fire - The last inversion followed by the curve is probably the best moment on a roller coaster currently operating. Winjas - I'm not going to say anything. But for those who has been on it know what I'm talking about. Big Bad Wolf - Super intense. And that first moment when you see the water below and then suddenly twist out of the way, your heart jumps. Goliath - Easily the most intense helix on earth Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at DLP - I love the hidden drop under the water. It feels like it will never end. Poesidion - The last drop at the end suddenly gets steeper half way through the drop. Very shocking moment. Here are the ones that really brought the ride down a point. Luckily there aren't too many of these. Worst: Ninja - Very good ride. But the ending is just a boring chain lift hill. Werewolf - A rather painful helix followed by a boring stop. Superwirble - Even though the sudden stop is a good touch. The moment the train hits the brakes and turns into the station is so long that your seriously go crawl backwards faster. Typhoon - I never liked the ending to this. It feels like the ride lost so much steam from the awesome twists. --James

IMO, there is way to much support work. But the coaster does still look awesome! --James

All I can say is your a lucky guy to have been able to visit all these truly classic parks. How would you compare these parks with the ones they have today? --James

Even though I always pick Disneyland over Legoland, if your kids want to go to Legoland, I would probably do that. I mean WDW is pretty much a larger and better version of Disneyland anyway, so if you aren't doing it for the credits and for your kids, I would pick the one they want to do.
