  1. Went to BGE for their Season Passholder Day. Griffon looks totally amazing. It even towers over Alpengeist. Everything else was running well, despite the weather. Looking forward to riding Griffon when it finally opens.
  2. Very cool picture. Can't wait to ride it(still deciding on when to go).
  3. Well, when I go to CP,I usually fly with either Southwest or Continental into Cleveland, but I fly from BWI Marshall(Dulles is too far from me!!)
  4. Last October,my friend and I got our SF Season Passes. They were about 49.99 at SFA. To me,that was a good deal. We also got our parking passes, which was about 40.00
  5. Let me sum it up for you in one word:GREAT!! Last year, despite the weather,it was fun.
  6. Definitely Griffon,Maverick, and Mystery Mine. Also, planning to hit El Toro and Boulder Dash. Maybe, probably go to Valleyfair to ride Renegade.
  7. Wonder where they're going to put everything at? But,anyway,a good move(it was about time!!!).
  8. Love the photos of SRoS. Haven't been back since '02.
  9. For me,the most comfortable seats would have to be the Millennium Flyers from GCI. Second choice would have to be the B&M Hypercoaster seats(all we need now is a pillow, and you can go to sleep on these).
  10. Nice pictures. I have never been there, probably go there in a couple of years. BTW,that's a COOL picture of you riding WildFire by yourself.
  11. So many choices, but the best tunnel for me has to be the second tunnel on Superman at SFNE,but the tunnels on the Voyage comes in second place.
  12. I bought my PKD/CF Maxx Pass yesterday. It was 89.95,and it includes Canada's Wonderland. They gave me a temporary pass til next year, when they will give me my permanent pass ID. They even took my picture for next year. I got it just for the parking.
  13. I just put myself in,the only one that hails from Chaptico,St. Mary's County,MD. HI!! BTW,I live between SFA and PKD,and ONLY 2 1/2 HOURS away from BGE.
  14. I would have to say that BGE has the best collection,so far,but wait til next year.
  15. Is John colbert's show on the Comedy Central network.
  16. Did they say that they were hoping to have Griffon ready by late spring,or something to that effect? I was wondering.
  17. Well,I just found out about the PKD/Cedar Fair pass system on Monday when I went to PKD for my Birthday. Maybe they haven't announced it for PCW yet. I hoping that's the case. A PKD ONLY Pass is 65.00,while the Cedar Fair Maxx Pass is 89.95,and that includes all 12 parks.
  18. I went there this past Sunday. All the coasters were running at least 2 trains. The only long line we had was for the Log Flume(it was pretty hot that day). We started our day with a ride on Escape From Pompeii(oh joy!!).
  19. Coasters:SFNE,SFA,SFOG Overall:SFA,SFOG and SFM(Six Flags Mexico)
  20. My 100th Coaster was The Georgia Cyclone(SFOG). Haven't reached 200 yet(but working on it,though).
  21. I've only been on SOB a few times, and let me tell you,the only smooth part is the loop. I hope that the riders are ok. This has been a crazy season. Oh,BTW,VOLCANO OPENED YESTERDAY(but I didn't get on,I was too busy riding IJTC with my niece, sister, and my niece's friend).
  22. Well,my 12-yr.old niece is scared of anything that goes upside-down or has any inversions, but she and her two friends promised me that they will get on The Italian Job tomorrow(I'm one of the chaperones for the day!) So,I don't force them to go on anything that will make them afraid for the rest of their lives.
  23. So far,I would have to say that I like the Floorless Top Spin, otherwise known as Tomb Raider:Firefall at PKD.
  24. Since my work schedule allows me to have a day off during the week,I usually go to either SFA or PKD on my off days. Take, for example,yesterday(7-6-06),I went to PKD in the afternoon. And Volcano is still down,so I rode the following: Italian Job(4 times, including 2 night rides),Tomb Raider,Grizzly, and Rebel Yell. Left around 9:15(after waiting an hour on IJTC,due to technical issues, but they got it up and running).
  25. To answer your question,YES!! Joker's Jinx is a great ride(and now the only one that is closest to me,since FoF is closed).
