Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said
Goliath513 replied to maliboomer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I don't know why I didn't post this sooner, but on my facebook I asked a question (those of you who have one know what this feature is) asking would you rather go the Magic Mountain or Cedar Point. So this girl replies with this direct quote "I have no clue what Cedar Point is..." Sometimes I wonder how it's possible the GP can be so ignorant. -

KDCOASTERFAN, can you post the pictures here? I'm not registering an account just to view a couple of photos. -
Siam Park - Waterpark in the Canary Islands
Goliath513 replied to Lincow's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It just occurred to me that if Denver's Waterworld were built 30 years later than it was, it would look exactly like this in terms of attractions being integrated into the mountain. -

You should paint it black track with yellow supports and call it "Head Rush" -

It's not a program which you can buy in a box. Meaning that it is a download only. Yes. It's a free update on their website. http://www.nolimitscoaster.com/Download/download.html -
I finally received word that I got accepted into Colorado State University. Next year at this time I will be living up in snowy Colorado!

Amazing water slides
Goliath513 replied to FLIPDUDE's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^^ That slide is awesome!!! Despite the back pain it causes on the turn, the drop is awesome. When going down, you are looking down into a black abyss since the tube is a green which allows light to shine through and the turn is underground. It's a pretty ghetto water park, but certainly fun. EDIT: Here is one of my pictures of the slide. Taken 8/9/2005 -

Traveling? Don't Drink From That Hotel Glass
Goliath513 replied to ginzo's topic in Random, Random, Random
^ Good point. Most of us are just lucky to not get sick every time we leave our houses. With seeing this, this explains why I got sick when I was down at SFMM this summer after staying at the Best Western Valencia. I wouldn't doubt that this hotel fails the standards. Heck, there was a spider in the bed my mom slept in, so it's not just humans that contaminate those rooms. -

That memorial really adds a great touch to the park. *sniff* Everything else is also looking good. Will we see any more relocations from SFAW here? -

This looked like an amazing park before Six Flags and Cedar Fair killed it. It's really too bad to see such a nice park go down like it did.

Post your milestone coasters
Goliath513 replied to bgwfreak's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
#1 Windjammer #50 Tatsu Next year will certainly be the credit whoring year for me as I will probably ride over 100 new coasters with the planned trips! -
If you guys go on the Vision of the Seas you will NOT be disappointed. I cruised on that ship in Alaska during summer 2005. As my second (and last cruse I've been on) it was simply amazing! I still can't go on the trip because of school issues, but by all means, have an awesome time. Here are some of my pictures to excite you about Vision of the Seas. Looking down the "Centrum" near the back of the ship. There are two of these on this ship. Indoor "Solaruim" pool. The outdoor pool deck. Better than my first cruise (Splendor of the Seas)
