  1. I"m gonna have to hit this place next time I go to the Dells. That coaster looks...interesting for a kiddie. Plus I still need to hit Avalanche and the other parks...and more Cyclops goodness ofcourse
  2. Strange. The worse I've ever got at Mt. O would be the Mouse not running and poor ops. That place is home to my favorite coaster (Cyclops), and once you take poor management and those damn goats away, its really a good park.
  3. I completely agree with yo about Maverick. Easily the greatest steel coaster I've ridden, topping even StormRunner. Its still a bit of a fight to top Cyclops, but its definatly a close second.
  4. I stopped by today after work to FINALLY get my 'new' SoB credit. IMO, NEVER. RIDE. SON. OF BEAST. The retrack did nothing on my rides, and the rose bowl actually seemed ROUGHER. Rough enough to make me feel like I was breaking my back for the rest of the ride In other news, my newfound love for X-Base continues to rise. Firehawk is still my fave Vekoma, and I made a documentary on Outer Limits. It was way too hot out though, so I only got 2 rides on Vortex today
  5. Too late. They already broke Python at Coney. THE LEGACY CONTINUES! *blares creepy muzac* Luckily it was after my shift, so I got to join in the great making-fun-of. Anyways, my mini highlights of the Coney trip: -They came (compleltey unexpected, but still f'in sweet!) -Met Robb and Elissa -Gave people plenty of chances to POV -Pounded Ryan -Hung out after my shift.
  6. Sweet! The only pic I'm in, I get glared. Oh well, atleast Senor Croakems is still fully visable. Thanks for stopping by Coney, guys. It was really a great suprise, and luckily you caught me on a coaster day. Then again, be lucky I wasnt running Rock-o-Planes or the Super Awesome Dippin Dots Round Up. I would have probably run them on 10 minute cycles -Jared
  7. The first Photo TR has been posted mwahhaah! Anyways, glad you guys enjoyed Coney. I was the guy in yellow opperating the Python until 3:30. Then I just sort of hung out until everyone left.
  8. Hmm. A small park with a credit and a gravitron? I should check this place out if I ever go up to Dollywood.
  9. I dont know. Wild Ones seemed a bit too...wild for me. And I normally ride Beast in the roughest seats on normal basis. Roar was fun though...Oh well, yay Joker's Revenge! One of the best queus ever.
  10. That new coaster looks cool. Kind of like a cross between Millie and EGF.
  11. Hooray, credit whoring! I just got 2 new Orient Express credits over the last two weeks. Yes, they were different, because one didn't have the "Orient Express" sign, and the ride selection wasnt completely identacle. Only 8 more to go till my 100th coaster
  12. Let me be the (insert number here) to say that woodie is SWEET! I love the layout already... BTW, what expansions/custom scenary will this park require?
  13. Coney Island Cincinnati, pre-flood. The park has gone from a great old school wonderland to a run down ghetto park that I work at now. While I'm in Ohio, KI back when they had Bat and Beast with the lake....and then stay forever in a timew where KC was still alive.
  14. I still find the first drop on Cyclops better than "THE" drop, but both are filled with sweet ejector/floater goodness. Infact, the whole ride is. The lesson of this post is be over 18 and ride the back of Cyclops. It pwns all.
  15. Err, I'm working early at Coney on Sat. Thanks for the notification though. I'll be out at CP from the 8th-10 if you get any of those days off.
  16. I'd love to DL it, but I have a mac. Its hard to convert all the custom scenary, and they havent released Wild yet.
  17. ^That or Wii. I love Thrillville. Not a good sim, but the game was fantastic. Great replay value, and I love some of the mini games...I'll definately be buying the DS one when it comes out. Mmm, portable theme park game.
  18. Good to see someone agrees about my oppinion of the S:UF clones. I'd take a Vekoma over them any day...
  19. PKIMan, what game do you work? I'll see if we can meet next time I come up there... Anyways, you got the Vortex thing wrong. It's: Loop 1: Hello Derek. Loop 2: Goodbye Derek. FYI, I actually say that everytime I ride
  20. Depends on the rules, but most of the time I'd root for a Gravitron. Much more freedom, and the forces are INSANE. And I speak as an operator of a Super Round Up (One with 42 seats) that I run as a long and forceful program.
  21. To make a pov, look at your options in game and look for the video one. I think its crtl+F10, but I forgot. Once you memorize the combination, just press it in the game. FPS rate will slow down while you record. Then press it again when your done. The file should be in your video folder.
  22. Well, you picked some really good parks for your first Photo TPR. From what I went on, SFGA is a pretty good park, at least by SF standards. Sadly I missed a good number of credits (Batman, Wolf, V2, Deja), but I personally love Viper, Bull, and Demon. You didnt miss anything on Superman though...that thing SUCKS IMO. Vekom Dutchmen are much better. Cant wait to see your Mt. O pics. Cyclops remains my undisputed favorite coaster to this day, and their other woodies are pretty good too (Hades is my top 4)
  23. Looks like a nice fair. The tower seems to be the same model at Ocean City, and that one was pretty sweet. I'd love to go there if I could have, but I'm filled to the brim with work this week
  24. That new dark ride looks sweet. Care to post a pov of it?
  25. Nice litte park (emphasis on little). You might want to cover those stands as buildings for realism.
