^Ha, yeah, they have taken over the Minardi role. Seriously!! If one of Nascar's top teams cheat, then their crew chief gets suspended, they get fined $100,000, and maybe lose a few points. What happens when F1's top team cheats? They get fined $100 MILLION and get BANNED FROM THE CHAMPIONSHIP!! Now THAT is a freakin' penalty! Nascar needs to take notes! I'm partly glad it doesn't effect Lewis Hamilton in anyway though. It'd be a shame to see him get robbed of his championship for something he didn't have anything to do with. Now Alonso on the other hand... Spa is this weekend!

This is the truth. I have a few of the new applications, mostly sports related, but facebook was so much better back when it did have all the extra jazz and was only open to college students. Heck, I still remember the uproar everybody made when the creators said they were going to open it to high schoolers. Oh well, it's still better than myspace. I found them to be fairly lame. I don't know. It just seems like too much to me. It's more fitting for a New Year's Eve party than an awards show. It just made me wonder though... when I was in junior high and early high school, everybody I knew loved watching the MTV awards shows. We looked forward to it, talked about it forever, and pretty much thought they were the TV highlights of the year. That seemed to be what the whole school thought. Now I watch them and think they are the dumbest things I can find on TV. So were they actually cool back then? Or were we just a bunch of teeny boppers who thought everything MTV did was awesome?

I don't think it was intended to be so gimmicky. I figure they probably thought it was a good idea, and it just didn't turn out to be so unique unless you're in the front row. Personally, I'd much rather have a sit-down be floorless. It doesn't hurt anything, and at least I have the opportunity to have a unique experience.

We must have ridden a different coaster. I loved Lake Winnie so much, I'm almost a closet fanboy, but Cannonball is still probably one of the most "meh" woodies I've ever been on. I rode all over the train and I don't think my ass left the seat once. It was a fun little coaster, but that's just it... a fun, little coaster. Maybe I missed something. I'll of course give it another ride when I'm in the area again, but I can't see a coaster that had no airtime the last time I rode it suddenly having amazing airtime now. Any secrets about where to ride?

I just hope Wild Adventures gets a good owner. I really loved that park. Sure, most of the coasters are either clones or suck, but the park was really nice and well themed. It's almost like a BGA working on a much smaller budget and a much smaller market.

I win.

^Did you hear about OSU's name change? Yeah, I heard they are changing the name to THE University of Florida at Columbus since OSU got completely owned two championship games in a row by UF. Sorry, I had to. I second that thought. And considering how large the site has become, I bet this would be a big hit! I'd love to see it.

I would avoid Disney at Christmas and New Year's at all costs. I've known multiple people who have gone during those times and it's just been a nightmare. One friend went on New Year's Eve and when he got to the parks, the lines were so long that he went back to his hotel to lounge by the pool, and then returned later. When he went back to the parks, he couldn't get into any of them because they were all passed capacity. I don't know when or if you have school to get back to, but I would try and go either earlier in December or later in January. I went in mid-late January a few years ago and walked on everything.

If you count 75ft, then Cyclops at Mt. Olympus easily takes this. The airtime is out of hand. I'm personally on the CanobieFan bandwagon, as I like LoCoSuMo more than Cornball.

Nice TR, with some cool pics. I must say though, I think you were trying a little too hard with the mullets. Of the seven, probably only three were a genuine mullet. The others were just bad haircuts. Yeah, whoever came up with that idea deserves a good flogging. As if the road right through the middle of the park isn't dumb enough, they took their biggest half of the park and placed a water park in the middle of it. Just seems pretty stupid to me, but whatever! Again, sweet TR. And Hardee's totally owns Carl's Jr.

1-AA Appalachian State just beat #5 ranked 1A Michigan. That totally just made my day.

I think this is stupid, personally. There's no point to it. If they start after Labor Day, then they are going to go significantly into June. And that's not going to hurt tourism? I don't know. Just seems pointless. I would much rather get out of school by Memorial Day than start after Labor Day. That's just me though.

I'm psyched about this! I just hope they do it right. It was great in the late 80's and very early 90's. But when the show started really going down hill, they toyed with it too much. The new version will probably either be really awesome, or really stupid. I'm hoping for really awesome. Oh, and they better keep the same theme song!

I went on a Sunday night earlier in the month and didn't really wait for much of anything. I would assume it probably wasn't much worse earlier in the day.
