  1. While I can see where New Orleans would seem to be a good location for a park, it was too far from where the tourists go, and being in a location like New Orleans, you will need some shade in a park. Plus, it isn't that good of an idea to build a park in a bowl like it was since...well you see what happened. I'm not sure how the flats were(were they like Cypress Gardens or regular flats?), but their coaster selection seemed decent for what it was. Airtime-seems like a large WWW-&Gravity
  2. Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus World
  3. Very interesting, but there seems to be too many trims and flat areas on the coaster. It looks like a fun family coaster though, but it just seems to have a lot of filler.
  4. ^Maybe, but I doubt it due to building codes/safety concerns. Now that the ride side is gone, I doubt the water side has that much time left. In fact, I wonder why CF didn't close the whole park down. I'd love to see Cedar Point rebuild soak city as it was really bad when I went in 2004. For comparison, SFKK's "old" water park looked about just as fun(I went when it was closed last year), and now the "new" water park looks really cool. If Cedar Point did the same with Soak City, then I might have a reason to go back to that slab of concrete. Soak City needs more slides, and Wild Water Kingdom has plenty. Airtime-If Soak City built a Deluge type ride then even better-&Gravity
  5. Maybe they didn't go with Batman because there is a clone of the same ride down the road. In the advertisements for the ride they could say something like" Goliath, the only suspended looping roller coaster in Texas that is truly Goliath." just my two cents...or one cent
  6. Wait, is this the "Let's criticize Six Flags" thread? Yes this will be the parks second mouse, but they will have completley different experiences. Ragin Cajun is outdoors, and the gimmick it has is that it spins. Dark Knight will be indoors, and will probably have various special effevts. While I thought it would have a layout like the mouse at Kentucky Kingdom, this still has the ability to be better than most mice if the theme and effects are done correctly. Airtime-although a psycho mouse like Wild Chipmunk would be great too..with or without being indoors-&Gravity
  7. ^I'm guessing he complained that no park is building an Intamin-hyper-launched-aquatrax, but instead are building family friendly coasters. Whatever though, the park/company won't care about his thoughts. ^^Why would you e-mail to complain that they aren't adding a large/custom coaster? It just shows a lack of maturity and makes all enthusiasts look bad.(go join ACE for that) end rant While I don't like the name Goliath, I'm still happy that SFFT is building a new coaster, and the gp won't know/care they can ride it at two other parks in the state. Airtime-what were you thinking-&Gravity
  8. The first page has been updated with everything listed except for Disney, which will come later, and hopefully I will alphabetize the projects soon to make it easier to search.
  9. ^Give other people a chance Well it isn't an actor, but it is a character: Joker's Revenge.
  10. 6/10, but some of the questions were difficult that few will probably get unless they get lucky.
  11. El Toro's first drop is simply amazing, and anyone who has ridden it will probably agree. However, last row on Avalanche is also really good, but due to how much tall, and steeper of a decent El Toro has, it is executed better.
  12. Okay, to make this work, please if it is possible, post links to what you post.(but then you won't have to do it anymore)
