First, been watching the entire time and I love the park. I want to see it go on and I really hope that it does. A large attraction is needed in this park becuase the last "big" coaster was Vulture and that was how long ago? I would have to say that an Arrow along the lines of Orient Express or Loch Ness Monster would help the park. Something with a "first" for that time. (Interlocled loops with the two above). A hyper would help but I think that since you only have one inversion in the park (Heatwave) you need more. That's my two cents (eventhough it is probable worthless).

Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens Spring Breaks?
10ryansmith replied to 10ryansmith's topic in Ask Alvey
^^ and ^ Thanks for the info. The family has decided that we all want to go to Kings Dominion and the parents want to stay 4 days to do everything and I told them that 2 was plenty since Kings Island can be done in 2 but they don't want to listen to me. They are worried that the crowds for I305 are going to enlongate the time that we are going to need. They want me to ask. So I am, Can you do everything in 2 days at Kings Dominion or do you think that there needs to be more time allowed. -
Ive read all of the books several times over and there is no metion of a choir with frogs/toads that I can remember. However; one of the movies, cant remember which one, has a choir at the betginning and there are frogs/toads. The kids are holding them when they sing and I cant remember if the frogs/toads are singing or not. I really dont think this area is going to be all that great. I like the books and the movies are ok, but I really like the Lost Contient land at IOA and it was my favorite of the ones there. I hate to see the theming of DD go for something like this. I know that there are several million people in the world that would love this, but not me.

Hi, My parents would like to know if any of you people have been to these parks on spring break (April 5 - 9) and if so, are there large crowds. I have told them about KD and 305. That is the openning week and I told them that it was going to be more crowded than usually but they want to know. The family and me have never been to either of the parks but have been to Kings Isand and BGT. This leds to the question; "Are the parks ran drastically different or are they complete opposites? I know that tampa and williamsburg are different in the animal department but is there anything else that would be more suttle. We are also looking to drive there, do you know if there is a rail line that does to each park? Thanks in advance, Joel.

^ It sounds like something that would be a coaster, but you never know. All this could be for a new Gaint Panda or other large animal exibit (Probably not pandas but you get the point: At least I hope). They need another large coaster down there as it is not a very large temptation when I was down there. Sounds promising though.

The GCI Mystery Project
10ryansmith replied to atem122's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
When I saw the terrian my immediate though was Dollywood, then my sanity caught up. Having Thunderhead already would they acually put another one in? My guess would be not. I belive that it is a concept and not an actual coaster going everywhere. However, my wish would be Holiday World or Dollywood. -
Kings Dominion (KD) Discussion Thread

There is a picture of a train's butt on the main site. (http://www.intimidator305.com/public/latest/gallery/) The picture looks like it has a restraint like the ones on Pilgrims Plundge at Holiday World. I cant tell because im blind as a bat, but are there over-the-sholder straps on the restraints from what is pictured? -
Legoland in Orlando?
10ryansmith replied to ~mike~'s topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I haven't been to a Legoland but I have been to CG and I would say that it was nice but far from good. The area that it was in was a nice town and a legoland in there would help but not that much. About the "middle of nowhere thing" - the park that jumps to mind that is popular and in the middle of "freaking" nowhere would have to be Holiday World. It's in the middle of Indiana and I'm in IN and I still have issues getting people to go because they say that the drive is killer. The Legoland would work there but they would have to work really hard to get it too. Orlando is way to crowded to begin with and adding a Legoland to that jumble of other things to do and I would reason to say that it would be better off in the CG location. Orlando is too busy and too crowded and I generally avoid the area whenever possible. -
Stratosphere's New 'Ride'
10ryansmith replied to Twister II's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
This sounds fun but I really don't think that I would pay $100 for the thing though. As mentioned above, I had the pass that let me on all the rides and the elevator and that was like $40. I wonder if they would do some sort of discount because of the price down the road. They were doing some sort of discount for high roller when I went and it was still expensive. Again sounds fun, but i would rather watch and then pay the $40 for the all day pass on the other rides and the all day pass for Speed at the Sahara. -
Official RCT/RCT2 Help Thread

Hi, I am trying to merge a giga with a floorless and the 8cars will not do a thing. I have tried the turtorial and nothing that I try is working. I went to coasterforce.com and tried that tutorial coaster that they have and it worked fine?! The question: is there a limit to what 8cars can do with merging? Thanks in advance. -
^^ It has been since the third or fourth post and it continues to amaze. ^ First, been following it since the beginning and this is the first time that I have had the courage to post anything. I love all of it and that last ride is completely crazy. I would ask how long it takes you and how many times that you have to redo some of the things that you did but i believe that those figures would scare me. Again, great job and I hope to get the download whenever there is one.

The one that I would HAVE to burn would be SOB because of the fact that I have to experience it twice a year. My sister is the stupid one of the family and wants to ride it (and shes 11or 12) and i'm the one that gets forced onto it. It's to rough and there is not point to it anymore. Burn it and build something along the lines of El Toro or Thunderhead. The "father" needs some work too. Mean Streak was good when its not braked to hell. There are some points in it that you get great ejector and some nice floater. I have always thought that the ride needed to have something done to it and not torn down. Also, one of the most wasted space that I have found would have to be were Disaster Transport sits. I know that it is indoor and is cool, but I would rather go see one of the shows than ride this thing.

^ I stopped going to Disney like five years ago becuase of that similar reason, all the fat people that think that they need all the attention along with all the screaming brats that run around there. There was no fun in going anymore because that is all that we did down there, Disney. On topic, what is going on with Disney now? Am i oblivious or were there no major issues with the parks until this year? With the monorail crash and now this, what is next? I know that they are not related by I have to wonder if there is going to be anymore problems this next year? The last couple of times that I went ,04-05, I would have rather gone to Holiday World and Splash N Safari for two days than the two weeks that we were usually down at Disney. I have no idea if I just grew out of Disney or if it is me but there is no drawing to Disney feel that I used to have.

Maverick - CP -
I don't know if other people have said this but, the reason that CP shuts down DT is because of the fast that . . . it leaks. DT was an outdoor coaster once but when it came to CP, they decided that they wanted it indoors. Since the walls and the roof leak, water puddles in areas. Again, so if someone else has metioned this.

For the coaster type you could use the runaway mine train track and load the coaster cars. I know that there is a download off the internet and I will try to get it to download onto my computer then I can load it to this website. -

I have both WW and Time Twister and I tried to reload the park four times. I even deleted the folder and then resaved into the computer from this website.
