First, love the parks and all that is going on. What about something underground? Like a subway? No track inbetween the stations and smallish changes to were the stations are. If this doesnt work I think that the thrid one is the better of the three.

Stupied question but how do I get the new train styles that I downloaded into the game?

Thanks for the kind works. I put the Intamin there as a filler and I dont like it but wanted to see if others did. I love the Arrow Shuttle. I was surprised that I got it to function without hacking the hell out of it. (Now to get the Chiller to work [hint]). Again, thanks for the kind words.

Larger update. I added an Arrow Shuttle loop and an Intamin Impulse. Im iffy on the impulse but I like how the arrow came out. On to the pics: SCR19.BMP The new area SCR20.BMP The Intamin. SCR21.BMP The Food court inside the buildings next to the Intamin.

Hello, I've been around TPR for a while but have never posted a park. This is becuase I am a bit shy and I really dont handle critizism well but I am prepared now (thanks to dmaxsba2408) to release this park that I have started. First off, I have been playing for years and I am over critical to myself and am constantly changing everything, from the paths, shops, CS, to the flow of peeps when they get into the park. I have restarted an entire park because I didnt like the layout, peep flow, several of the rides and it had almost fourteen months of work into it. I will try to control myself and plan better but no promises. Ok, to the park, is "located" outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico. On to the pics, SCR1.BMP The the entire park. SCR2.BMP This is the main "midway" of the park. There are several shops inside of the buildings. SCR4.BMP This is the small wooden coaster. SCR5.BMP More coaster. SCR14.BMP The changes that have been made to the ride. SCR16.BMP Then there is this one. Im iffy on it. I liked the teepee's in the photo above this one but I have nothing else to put with them. So, I made the building and another garden. Which does the public like best?

For a small, thrilling coaster I would base one off of Kanonen at Liseberg. I know that you said you didnt want a HUGE intamin but Kanonen is a small coaster.

I have all three of them. I got them through this topic, page 13? Anyway, something is going wrong and I'm going to find the issue.

Im having an issue. I am in the process of trying to get a catwalk onto a coaster and I dont have the cs catwalks but I do have the 4D coaster. So I tried to zero clerence on all three 8cars and I go the same issue. When I zero clerance and then try to build the 4D coaster under the original (which is operating), the game replaces the original coaster track with the 4D coaster track!? With the original coaster train coming to the track were it was deleted for the 4D coaster track, it bumps the end of the track and then goes in reverse!? It is the original pack of 8cars that was posted in this thread on page 13 or something like that. I only say this because I was tinkering with 8cars to try and get it to work (which I fixed) but I changed some of the commands to others to get it to work (merging without 8cars crashing). However, the zero clearence doesnt work on ANY of the 8cars that I have (several copies of all three) and the originals are like that too? It worked earlier on (and after I fixed the merging issue) but it refuses to now? Any help is appreciated. P.S. Hey dmaxsba2408, I have a prototype "patch" that we were talking about up and working but I cant find the original (for RCT1) and was wondering if I could get the original patch again? Thanks in advance.

I agree with what people are saying about Universal, but I HATE Disney. Too many little devils running and screaming everywhere. All the people that let there little monsters run around everywhere. Disney has like 3 trhilling rides? (Rock N' Roller Coaster, Everest, and Tower of Terror) While I know that Universal is more geared towards adults and would suit me more, I really would just want to go to Busch Gardens in Tampa then even deal with all the craziness that is Orlando now. With the addition of Legoland, it just helps me tell people to avoid Orlando atogether. On the addition of rides, Disney and Universal are one in the same. OK, Disney added new rides but they are an afterthough. Not like WWOHP is. That is the reason that everyone wants in IoA, not the tiny dark rides that Disney keeps adding. I dont visit Florida anymore, I go to Tampa for a couple of days a year and then Im done. I would rather stay at home and go to CP, HW, or KI which are all within 4 hours of the house. Hell, I would even rather go to the tourist trap that is Pigeon Forge for Dollywood and some thrills. I know some people are going to hate me for saying I HATE Disney, but I would rather go to any Six Flags park than Disney.

^^ Totally correct. Im 19 and still have all the original Thomas and Friends videos and a Thomas sleeping bag that I have had since I was little. (Quite sad really) The really sad thing is that Ill watch them when Im making a park on RCT2 or doing homework. There are several stores that had Thomas things in them and I wanted them all. I was told that I had thrown a really bad fit and I got almost $400 out of the parentals in Thomas stuff. Again the sad thing is that I have ALL of my Thomas stuff still. And still play with them sometimes ERT at Splash and Safari would be to die for. I would kill to do that (and some ERT in the park wouldnt hurt)

What about something along the lines of Intimidator at Carowinds?? That goes right into the turn on the next hill.

First off, love the park. Second, I hope that the flume is taken out and something along the lines of The Raven is built. This park needs another woody and isnt the flume on a hill?? Anyway, cant wait to see what happens.

There are in your RCT2 folder. Like were you have to go to see the Object Folder. They should be at the bottom of the folder. That is were I found all of mine. You do not have to do anything with "compatibility". Just go to the folder. Hope that helps.

^ That was the first thing that I tried to do but it took an hour to find were to change it because there is no compatibility tab when right clicked. I changed it to XP and tried again and nothing changed. Tried to merge and 8cars crashed and the game still ran on like nothing happened. I even copied 8cars and tinkered with it myself in the program itself, nothing I did worked. I deleted the muntant programs that I had changed and kept the originals but I guess Im going to have to deal with no merging until an 8cars comes out for Windows 7. Thanks for trying to help though.

That loop was the only smooth part of that ride. The loop had nothing to do with the roughness, it was those crappy rose bowls that take up half the ride. Mean Streak is tame to me compared to something like SoB or even those damned death machines that are SLC's. The Beast is supposed to be a little rough, that is the whole point IMHO. My mother had the best saying for this when she didn't even know the name (she's a bit slow since the name is pretty much told to you several times), Crazed Beast. Believe it or not, she didnt believe me that the correct name was The Beast.

First off, the download works and I really enjoyed this park. That atmosphere of the park is like Holiday World, my favorite park. Great job. Kinghtmare is the one issue that I have, with it launching out of the station at 60mph right into a short hill and curve. Other than that, loved it. P.S. Dragon Fang Fury goes 43mph at the bottom of that drop.

Im on Windows 7 and I have the 1.21 version because I got all three from page 13. Unless those are faulty.

I've read like 10 pages for this but couldnt find it(or just didnt register with me). However, I am using 8 cars and everything is working fine; adding cash, no hieght limits, getting trams into the park, everthing. But when I try to go a merge, 8 cars crashes!?? Nothing happens with the game, 8 cars just crashes and burns. Even using all three of the forums that I have of 8 cars. And all the things (other than merging) work on all three of them?? I have deleted them and then reinstalled them and I get the same thing. I can even change the train types and everything?? I even went back to the Coaster Force tutourial and it crashes everytime at the point were it tells me to click raise/lower, get it to -2, click apply, and crash. Everytime, no matter what I do, it crashes there??

I love that it is so compact but I dont like the upside down turn. I don't know what it is but I just don't like it. Other than that it looks great!!
