  1. The Legend wasn't THAT bad, lol. Just bunch of lateral G's... Was a lot of fun in the front row. Back row shook you around a bit...
  2. Actually, the 2nd drop on Griffon is a steeper angle than on SheiKra... SheiKra's 2nd drop is only 80° while Griffon's is around 88° or 89°
  3. I've had the game since Midnight release at our local Best Buy. The game in general is great in my opinion. The song selection blows the other two out of the water. And Master Tracks FTW! There is also a great mix of classic and new rock songs so it will appeal to a lot of people (GH2 failed at this). Anyway, if you hop online and play Co-Op, and play the songs only available in Co-op (IE. Helicopter - Bloc Party or Suck My Kiss - Red Hot Chili Peppers) then in Free Play the songs will be unlocked to play by yourself (Unless this is a glitch only for the PS3) I do agree with you on the difficulty though. It seem that the most difficult transition is between Medium and Hard. Hard and Expert are really just the same thing. I was disappointed by this. For gameplay. It plays the same as the other versions did (Except the wii, which only has rumble and extra sounds from the wiimote). The Hammer-On's are much easier to pull off. Battle Mode is fun as well... but I'll probably get tired of this gimmick over time. It's most fun online or with a friend, but most people suck at reading modifiers so they fail out quickly. I will always be a fan of the Guitar Hero franchise until it doesn't release anymore. ... or until I find that Rock Band (Which I just pre-ordered due to scarcity upon release and up until about 5 months later) kicks Guitar Hero's butt.
  4. Well, I've ridden Sheikra (Floored and Floorless) and I've ridden Griffon. Griffon has the nifty headchopper after the first drop. SheiKra has the nifty one during the 2nd drop. Griffon has an extra immelman. SheiKra has a mist- filled tunnel. Griffon is a bit longer. SheiKra is short but uses it to it's advantage. I liked SheiKra more due to the location of the ride. The extra immelman on Griffon didn't do much for me, but the tunnel on SheiKra (Especially filled with mist) is awesome.
  5. Or it could be an RCT version of an Intamin Wing-Walker... (Which I assume it is) And AquaTrax coasters don't actually touch the water. They have water effects and get REALLY close to it, but it doesn't actually have a splashdown.
  6. Haha, yes Will, you did get the credit. I totally forgot that they used the claw to grab my boob... That hurt - Mike "I'm keeping my boobs to myself!" Redig
  7. There actually has never been a day that I've been at SFoG and Deja Vu wasn't running. It was always up when I went. SFGAm was also open the day we were there with TPR... Last Deja Vu credit I need is at SFMM... Which will be next summer hopefully. Sad day I've always loved Deja Vu...
  8. Yes, they do have closets at Taco Bell. But they're broom closets... not the nicest to come out of. Oh well Now... for the infamous boobs: Jay grabbing my boobs. Robb eating my boobs. He sure does eat everything.
  9. ... Oh god ... Thanks... - Mike "Now everyone knows I'm a homosexual" Redig
  10. When my b/f (MissingMusician) and I went to SFGAdv with Jay (ElToroExtreme) we saw the coolest theme park animal ever! A baby beaver! It was sooo cute I think Jay has a picture of it somewhere. It was walking across the rock wall that goes around the lake next to El Toro and the mine train (The name escapes me right now).
  11. Yes... thanks for that. Christiana has a picture of that somewhere. I'll ask her to send it to me, ha!
  12. Yes... I should... but am not. Does my hair look pretty?
  13. I went there over the summer twice. I luckily got the Robin credit... but missed out on the Batman side. Robin was excellent, it was really intense both forwards and backwards through the Cobra Roll, also the turns that replaced the Zero-G rolls were fun as well.
  14. I'm a 7th grader. That made me laugh. Thanks for that.
  15. Terrence! You gotta try the Chicken Bryan! It's delicious
  16. I've ridden El Toro and The Voyage this summer... I'd have to say I like The Voyage better. Why? El Toro: It's a fun, smooth, and fast ride. Plenty of airtime over each hill, especially the 5th one over Rolling Thunder. The drop is incredible too. But, while being an awesome ride, it only takes my #2 spot. The reason? It's a bit TOO smooth. Wooden coasters are supposed to shake you around a bit, not be smoother than most steel coasters. The Voyage: Great pacing, fast, furious, and intense. A lot of people complain about this ride being too rough. I found it really enjoyable in any seat (Especially the back). The constant turning and twisting of the track made this ride awesome. Each hill produced airtime, from floating to ejector. The fact that it was built into the terrain and woods makes it even better. At night, the only light on the ride was from the midcourse. Reaching the top of the lift at night in the front seat, you can only see the 2nd hill and nothing else. It shook, yes, but it felt uncontrolled, like you could fly into the woods at any second. It seemed like on the Midwest trip there weren't many people in the back row that could keep their hands up throughout the entire ride. I'm surprised I could. I guess from riding Gwazi so much I know how to lean into the turns so it doesn't hurt. There are my comparisons.
  17. I was at a few Six Flags parks over the Summer and I noticed that SFGAdv had a blue line that surrounded the smoking areas in the park. My friend (ElToroExtreme) said that if you were to step out of the line and get caught, you could face a fine and get expelled from the park. I think more parks should enforce these rules, I'm tired of walking down the midway behind a smoker, even in lines!
  18. Not only do classic wooden coasters use them, but some modern ones do too. As well as some steel coasters. I know that Python at BGA used cables to support the turn leading into the corkscrews.
  19. Hmm, it only shows them as a rumor at the moment. But yes, I'm looking into airfare right now, ha.
  20. Am I the only one who didn't like Millennium Force and loved Magnum?
  21. Awesome park man. When this is complete (Please finish it) I will download it. - Mike "The screws are hot... just F.Y.I." Redig
  22. Muse = Best Glastonbury performers EVER! I've actually only seen them on the "Absolution Tour" Dvd, but, with any luck... I'll be there next year to experience it first hand (If they're playing).
  23. Magnum was by far my favorite Arrow coaster. The airtime on the 2nd hill after the tunnel was AMAZING. You don't find airtime like that anymore. I actually preferred Magnum over Millennium Force. Big Bad Wolf is second. Gemini in third.
  24. Meh, I thought Halloween Horror Nights was EXTREMELY lackluster again this year. I only liked two of the houses and only got "scared" in one... Bill and Ted was not as funny as last year either, it seemed like they ran out of ideas. The scare zones... wait... what scare zones? There were only about 5 scaractors walking around in them. Howl-O-Scream on the otherhand was (again) better than Halloween Horror Nights. I actually got scared in 5 of the 6 houses. It just proves, using old techniques (Sliding pannels in walls) works better than trying new ones like HHN did. It also seemed like there were A LOT more scareactors at HOS than HHN. I did HHN on Friday, Sept 28th (Not sold out) and finished all the houses an hour before the park closed. I did HOS on Sat, Sept 29th (Sold out and Passholder Preview) My raitings: HHN: 4/10 (Yes, I thought it was that bad) HOS: 9/10 Also, my raiting for HOS is higher because we got all six houses done in 1hr and 30min... and this was on a sold out night! People were having to park in overflow parking.
  25. On the Midwest trip, at Mt. Olympus. They have a yellow multi-person slide with the round circle rafts. Well, Taylor, Jacob, Jay and I were all sitting in the raft, Jay facing me. We were going around the turns REALLY fast so we were past 90° on some of them. Jay wasn't holding on during one of the turns and he flew towards me. I moved my head out of the way but his two front teeth collided with my left shoulder. So now I have a scar where his teeth hit. Also, at Adventure Island (Busch Gardens Africa's waterpark) my brother and I were on a two person enclosed slide. We were going really fast and leaning into the turns... we leaned too far on one of them and the raft flipped over... head, meet plastic slide. Yeah, that wasn't fun.
