  1. WOW that previous page is just filled with GORGEOUSNESS!
  2. The rendering artwork of the station has been revealed! http://www.holidayworld.com/holiblog/uploaded_images/1909station-776284.jpg
  3. Fantastic photos from a fantastic park! I really did love it there and could've easily spent about 3 days and never been bored. It's great to see it in all its winter glory. Thanks so much for sharing!
  4. $1.62 in Nashville but still a lot better than 4 months ago.
  5. Well the buzz on here about "Let The Right One In" has intrigued me enough to decide that I am going to see it this weekend. Apparently it's been held over at our little indie theater for the last two months. I'm really looking forward to it!
  6. I too remember the 321 Contact tv show with the coaster episode. I'd love to see that again. Shane these are great vids!
  7. I love your Revo cards. One can certainly never have too many!
  8. Wow Quassy is the perfect setting for a family woodie like that. I will love this if it's anything like Sky Prin...err Kingdom Coaster at DuWo. Thanks for the shared info Robb!
  9. ^ No problem. Fortunately we have a resident archivist with a big attic now. And the link for those who may have missed the Wiener Looping postcard. Scroll down close to the bottom.
  10. restoca is correct. It appears to be a Schwarzkopf shuttle boat as seen here in the Schwarzkopf catalog which Shane posted (scroll down almost to the bottom).
  11. Lenaapple1974...Check out this link in the Shane's Amusement Attic thread for lots of Circus World/Boardwalk and Baseball goodness.
  12. ^ Prices are creeping up in Nashville too. Tonight it was $1.58 when I left work.
  13. ^^ Lol Tom. Sorry about your misfortune at SFOG. You know I never even really realized the train was not in the photograph until you pointed it out. I was eventually able to ride it, but it was down more often than not on most of my visits too. I wonder if it's in the boneyard there now.
  14. ^ Love that view of Space Mountain. Still my fav version of the four I've ridden...not that the Paris one really counts!
  15. Forget Times Square. It looks like SFMM was the place to be on New Year's Eve. Jay Thomas really knows how to throw a party. He even brought SFKK stuff with him! Very nice and genius the way the Sky Tower was incorporated into the event. Thanks for sharing this with us Churro!
  16. "So this is the new year, and I don't feel any different" - Death Cab for Cutie Will 2009 be like Déjà Vu all over again? Déjà Vu where are you? Gone
  17. Congratulations on having the best looking SLC I've ever seen. The park looks really fun too! Thanks Marcio for sharing these pics with us!
  18. That TLC riot sounds worse than the madness that ensued when Timothy Bottoms made a special guest appearance at the Sparks concert for the Great American Revolution grand opening. That was really psycho!
  19. So I "Don't go chasing waterfalls", do tell about the riot Shane. I hope I don't appear as a "Creep" for asking. WOW Missing Persons! I totally would've loved to see them back in the day. They've certainly been missing for far too long now.
  20. Wow I had no idea Information Society is playing SFMM. I wonder if tickets are still available. I better hurry down to Tower Records and see if I can still get a ticket before it sells out. Pure energy!
  21. I sense a budding Warhol. Cool designs!
  22. I've always been amazed that the brakes never failed and a car never shot off the end of the track. This generation of Freefalls was truly terrifying, but great. Thanks for the awesome update Shane!
  23. Bit of a bummer for rock and roll fans everywhere myself included. I would've liked to check out the park. In the words of Neil Young, "It's better to burn out than fade away".
  24. I love the Togo Flat Rides of Death. I really wish Beech Bend would import one of the older ones...would fit in perfect there! Nice t shirt Peter. Great update Robb. Thanks for sharing!
